I stayed at this hotel for my business trip for only a night. The room was so so but still quite cozy. And the location was quite strategic with walking distance to Kluang Mall and bus terminal.
The only downsides were no water heater and the breakfast buffet had very limited selection.

Stayed 2 nights. Spacious room. The only problem is the shower heater, you need to turn On and waste appx 10-15mins to wait for hot water. Not really hot. the longer you waste the water, the hotter water you will get. If you wake up very early in the morning and you want a good hot shower, The waste the water for 20-30mins before you shower. haha

A newly renovated hotel with large room. Location is near bus station and walking distance to Central Town. Carpark is at upper level of building but need more upkeep

one of the first hotel in kluang and was surprised at the size of the stamdard twin room. very spacious compared to newer hotels nowadays. clean room. nice bed sheets. strong water pressure. the only setback is no small fridge. others were excellent. will surely stay here the next time. recommended.

Location is good. Room is spacious, aircon is strong. However, we got abit of rude shock when we checked into the room because it had a strong urea smell lingering. The smell seems to come from the toilet. So after flusing the floor with soap the, smell reduced. Puzzled why toilet was not sanitised properly.

The Location i in the town center, cleanlineess can be accecpt, but the receptionist nat allow to check in at 14.00pm he said that check in time is on 15.00pm.
It should be got shower screen is better other wise the floor become wet after shower
