"The Room very clean and tidy. The breakfast has many choices, I love it. The parking is a bit confusing but their staff very friendly and helpful also the security. The hotel is nearby shopping complex. Love to stay in this hotel. Will definitely comeback again."

"The room is clean and new.. Although it is small but still comfortable. One bad feeling is that the flow of guests is a bit complicated.. Especially there are a lot of China men who look fierce and unfriendly. They don't look like tourists. When I checked in at noon, I met a few Chinese men in the lobby. They looked a little drunk. This left a bad impression on me."

"The staff at the counter Puvan , Suguna and the contact centre staff all very very friendly and answered my questions patiently  The house keeping boy who attended our room chubby & cute with his smile assisting me with my toiletries and towels .  Overall good service but we have little bad experience with our room door #1219 Friday 8-10/8 door unable to open , according the receptionist battery low can’t fix and change another room #319 which I was not satisfied cos I prefer higher floor . Shower gel can be better and breakfast also can have more on local delight like “kueh kueh “ morning no one will take friend chicken so can change the chicken menu something else like . “Lontong  or laksa “ Hope I will come again to enjoy the lontong and laksa 🤗😄👍"

"Book this hotel for its location for attending class nearby. The booking was easy with Trip.com at a very good price. Only street parking is available for this hotel. There are many different restaurants (Chinese, Western, Korean, deseert bar) and a few pubs around this area. Selected a twin-bed room with a window. The room looks clean and neat. Just the naminated flooring is not in good shape. There is a kettle with coffee and tea in the room, but no fridge. The toilet amenities are complete with body and hair shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, shower cab, and razor. All our daily hygiene needs are here. Hence, save the hassle of bringing it. The front desk staff is friendly too. Overall, I was happy with the booking and the stay in this hotel"
