Hotel a Distretto di Klaeng, Chakphong

ทุกอย่างดีหมด วิว อากาศ ห้องพัก พนักงานดีมาก สงบมากแต่เสียอย่างเดียวอาหารออกช้ามากกกๆ รอเกือบ 30 นาที แค่ข้าวไข่เจี้ยว นานจริงๆ

I stayed 2 night the one thing that I dislike is “ Cockroach “ in my room. There are many cockroaches 🪳 that I found since first day one fly to my face but I think that ok. Second night after I woke up I found it beside my bed and when I went to take a shower I found 1 in shower room then after that my bf went to the terrace also found 1. Omggg 😱 I already reported to receptionist when I checked out about this issue I hope the hotel will improve and solve this problem because it make me scared and feel a bit bad. About service still be okay for me. Breakfast also variety of food and fresh.

L'hotel è così bello. L'arredamento dell'hotel è presente in tema tradizionale thailandese. Tutto è così elegante. La camera dell'hotel è così pulita e con tutti i comfort. Festeggio il mio compleanno qui. Apprezzo molto il testo di compleanno sullo schermo della TV. Il servizio dell'hotel è molto buono. Consiglio di soggiornare qui. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This might be a perfect place for grandparents, located in the middle of nowhere, there are no activities, no entertainment, not even music. Was the most boring place I’ve ever been. Is very clean and the pools are nice, food is also delicious. The front desk wasn’t as nice and welcoming as other places we’ve been in Thailand, but that’s not a big issue. Oh, also didn’t like the fact we had to pay 100baht for the laundry bag. First time in my life I wasn’t allowed to take the laundry bag. Incredible haha

Una bella permanenza! Rimanerei qui di nuovo! Ci siamo mangiati e cena qui tutti i giorni. Era la posizione perfetta per giorni di lato sul mare. Ci siamo camminati lungo la spiaggia quasi tutti i giorni e abbiamo anche alcuni dei più belli segni solari! Il personale era così gentile e carino, sempre a controllare noi. Anche se le acque erano un po' brutte a volte, abbiamo avuto una nuoto in! Molto consigliato!

Cleanliness - The room was fantastic, spotless in fact, 5/5. Location - I give this 3/5 because the hotel is located at a beautiful beach. However, the street around the hotel has nothing else on it (not the fault of the hotel obviously). The beach itself is beautiful, I will repeat, but only immediately in front of the hotel. The rest of the beach is very dirty. Service - This is where this hotel becomes a real disaster, and if I could I would give this section 0/5. We checked in around 11pm to 11:30pm. The staff came to the counter while watching a movie on his phone and left the movie playing full volume whilst looking for our key. After a very long process of checking the computer he led us to a room. He stumbled a lot on his way and appeared drunk. When we got to the room, he looked inside and told us it was already occupied. He told us that our room had been sold to someone else because we were late checking in and led us back to the reception where he walked off somewhere without telling us any more information. We stayed at the reception and used the bathroom facilities in the meantime. I also proceeded to contact trip dot com's customer support to let them know about the issue. After a while had passed he came back and walked past us to the bathroom. After coming out of the bathroom he led us to a new room and told us that this room was now available. The whole thing was bizarre and we were caused to worry unnecessarily by being told that we didn't have a room. I cannot think of any justification for his actions and it started off the stay at this hotel very poorly. Amenities - The amenities provided by the hotel were adequate. They included a bottle of water in the room. I do like when hotels provide toothbrushes and other smaller things so that would be the difference between me providing a 4/5 and a 5/5 for this part.

Ma ciò che vorrei raccomandare è - La piscina dei bambini non è pulita, perché la rottura dell'albero cade sempre, c'è molto polvere nella piscina - Il corridoio della zona della villa ha alberi con spazzole che sono diventati tinturati. piedi per bambini e adulti - La stanza non è molto pulita. - La colazione non è diversa - Finalmente, prima di tornare, un piccolo centipede si rifugiava nella borsa, che il bambino seduto lì, con fortuna che non l’avesse catturato. Non credo che la tassa per la stanza pagata valga la pena.
