Hotel in zona Camping Osay, Kizilot

If you are not russian you should just run away and cancel your reservation!!! We went to reception and they kept ignoring us even though we were on line and it was our turn And the smell of room was like old grandpa cheap cologne i wanted to surprise my girlfriend by coming to this hotel but only thing she was surprised is the smell of the room And the quality of alcohols are INFERIOR!! If you wanna vomit you can just ask for a cocktail＜3 Meals are so appetite suppressant because of this hotel i was about to hate menemen and kind of meat my girlfriend was about to vomit bc of the desserts she has never cooked anything in her life but even she would make it better desserts taste like soap And they say THEY HAVE BATH RIGHT??? NO THEY DONT WE DIDNT EVEN HAVE A BATHTUB PLUG AT OUR ROOM we reported about the bathtub plug to reception and only they did was ignoring us and they said they will handle the situation no they didn’t all they can do is lying to you!!!!!!! i HAD TO use cotton so we could use the bath And they only play cringe songs that you cant even stand or ONLY RUSSIAN????!! Playlists are so derpiest And the elevator just broke down while there was a woman in it she was calling for help and no one even cared. The poor woman was stuck in there they could only rescue her after one million minutes im sorry for her and they didn’t repair the elevator FOR DAYS!! My girlfriend was mad at me because i was late going back to room busy waiting the elevator to come to first floor AND THE EOOM WAS SO DIRTY EW they dont even have ashtray at the rooms really unbelievable

It was one of the best holidays if mine , staff is super friendly, very welcoming and nice. Area of the whole resort is huge and kept in a perfect condition. Several bars and restaurants, snacks at the daytime. Mr. Zafer -supper shift lead made our rest unbelievable, he was very kind and respectful. Great service. Small RFI : it would be great to restrict leaving towels at night just in order to occupy the place at the main pool, it was very uncomfortable to search for the place all the time, which was never enough. Wi-Fi was for extra charge and it was super weird, only two areas of free internet is not okay in 21st century. Animation team was very kind and welcoming. Activities were funny, but would be great if adult activities after 22:30 were also considered and 01:00 bars were bit closed along with lights switched off. Food was tasty and diverse. Overall, it was my pleasure to have holidays here

Per noi, la parte più interessante dell'hotel è il parco acquatico per bambini. Siamo stati con nostra figlia di 1 anno per 6 giorni e ci siamo divertiti molto in piscina. Ci sono anche 6 grandi scivoli nella piscina per adulti. Dato che la piscina è grande, abbiamo trascorso le nostre vacanze durante la pandemia senza alcun problema. Si trova a 150 m dal mare e dispone di una propria spiaggia. Poiché il marciapiede è un marciapiede, non ci sono problemi. In generale, l'hotel è molto pulito e il personale è attento e sorridente. Puliscono la stanza ogni giorno e cambiano le lenzuola e gli asciugamani. Non abbiamo riscontrato alcun contrattempo durante il nostro soggiorno. Sono sufficienti per i soldi che abbiamo pagato per mangiare e bere. Non abbiamo grandi aspettative e generalmente siamo soddisfatti. Durante il nostro soggiorno, mercoledì abbiamo persino riscontrato un incidente alimentare. Il rovescio della medaglia è che non è troppo presto e lo scivolo della piscina chiude alle 16:00. Inoltre, lo snack bar è aperto dalle 12:00 alle 16:00. Dopo aver pranzato alle 12:00, a quell'ora avevi già fame. Alle 16:00 lo snack bar era chiuso, il che ovviamente non ci è servito.

Good morning, the owner of the hotel is very, very polite towards all the guests, he tries to help, I will try to advise and give hints at every step to make the guests feel like they are in a second home and around the hotel there are many nice things that are very important for a good rest in this hotel, check-in usually takes no longer. than 5 minutes is also very important because in most hotels it takes 15-20 minutes, no one is in a hurry, no one is in any tension, but here it takes quite quickly and efficiently. Secondly, if someone arrives by car, there is a closed parking lot where you can easily leave your car. without paying extra money for it, the third thing is in front of the hotel, opposite, there is a hairdressing salon called Salih and Fatma, you can go for a shave, you can go for your hair, you can go for other treatments, which I always use, when I come back to the hotel, the rooms and the entire hotel are in a nice designer style always very, very clean and tidy. Everything is in place, the price is also very attractive compared to what we have - a nice room with a comfortable bed, cosmetics and air conditioning, where in the summer it is very important that you can set the air conditioning and go to the balcony and the room will cool down because it is summer after all very hot in Turkey at the very top and top floor of this boutique hotel and there is a beautiful terrace Where you can spend the evening, drink good wine and eat a delicious breakfast in the morning with a view of the entire Old Side, it is a really very nice view ;-)) Everywhere from here it's close to: It's close to the taxi rank, it's close to the beach, it's close to the restaurant because it's opposite 🤣 When I travel to Side, I always visit this hotel, even if I'm not a guest! So I come to talk and have a good time. If you arrive in Antalya, you can also contact the hotel and they arrange transport from Antalya airport at a very good price. Wonderful hotel, great location, breakfast is amazing. The hotel staff cannot be more helpful, they are amazing, we arrived really late into Sunday morning, and the staff were so helpful getting us settled into our room. Pool area and gardens are fantastic .

A wonderful vacation that truly makes you feel at home. The atmosphere is inviting, and the other guests are both high-quality and respectful, adding to the overall experience. We will definitely be returning. There was a minor issue at the à la carte restaurant where one staff member’s attitude was a bit off-putting, possibly because we were local or new guests. However, this was a singular incident and not reflective of the overall excellent service we received throughout our stay. The hotel’s general quality and the warmth and professionalism of the majority of the staff really stood out and made our visit special. Thank you very much for everything. We will certainly recommend this place to our friends and family. One small suggestion for improvement would be to enhance the quality of the hot and cold coffee offerings. Aside from this, the food and beverages were absolutely fantastic. We look forward to our next visit!

Прекрасный отель по системе ”ультра все включено”. Свежие, чистые номера. Прекрасная еда, очень вкусные коктейли (качественный оригинальный алкоголь). Понравились вечерние шоу - живая музыка в баре у бассейна и программы в амфитеатре. Спа зона была обновлена в 2024 году, но нам показалась маленькой и не очень приятной по сравнению с Барут Хемера. Если вы любите кофе, то рожковая кофемашина у них только в баре у бассейна. В остальных местах кофе делают из автомата. Приходилось просить отдельно, чтобы сделали именно из рожковой машины. В целом отель рекомендую.
