Our terrible ongoing experience at Ateria Bloom hotel. Holiday provided by Love holidays and sold as a 5 start hotel. This hotel needs urgent attention and is by no means a 5 star hotel it’s barely a 3 star. We are on day 3 and have been moved rooms but that dosnt help as the rooms are the same and the hotel dated and in need of refurb We are getting passed from pillar to post everyone is very nice but no one is actually helping. We want to leave tomorrow and all we are asking is for a refund for the time we don’t stay here Our whole holiday has been spent on apps and complaining to reps we just wanted to have a family holiday we havnt even unpacked Thanks a lot Love Holidays

The hotel is definitely not for 5 stars, when we arrived they refused to give us the room. The cleaner didn’t clean our room 2 times and other times it was really late. They serve the same food all the time. When it came time to leave they told us to make a check out early in the day. They put us in a small room with our bags and they insisted to leave the room earlier. They told us to take a shower at the “spa” and it was extremely unclean. The staff are sometimes weird and they bully you and laugh at you and don’t let you enjoy your food or drink. The receptionist also asked for 2 packs of cigarettes when we were trying to make a check in. If you’re looking for a 5 star experience it’s definitely not even close.

Unfortunately, our experience at the hotel was far from what we had hoped for. The food was very disappointing – for nine days, it was nearly the same every day, with only minor changes. For example, the chicken came with white sauce one day and red the next, but overall, the meals lacked variety and made me feel unwell after almost every meal. The towels provided were in poor condition, some even torn. Although the hotel advertised a 24/7 bar, the terrace lights were completely turned off by around 2:30 AM, making it impossible to see anything, let alone enjoy a drink. Some members of the staff unfortunately gave off an air of superiority, which made interactions feel uncomfortable. However, I do want to highlight that a few of the evening staff working during the parties were incredibly kind and professional – they truly stood out in a positive way. Overall, the stay was not what I expected and I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Avoid Asteria Bloom Hotel – Completely Misleading and Unhygienic! I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience to help others avoid the same disappointment. Asteria Bloom Hotel was advertised as adults only, which was the main reason I booked it. However, upon arrival, it was clear this was completely false – the place was full of kids running around, screaming in common areas and by the pool. It felt more like a family resort than a peaceful, adults-only retreat. To make matters worse, the reception staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful. Every question felt like an inconvenience to them, and basic requests were met with attitude or ignored altogether. The elevators were constantly out of service, forcing guests to carry luggage up and down stairs – unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed standard. And the worst part: I found a used plaster contaminated with blood in my room. That level of negligence is not only disgusting, it's a serious health hazard. When I reported it, the staff didn’t even apologize – they acted like it wasn’t a big deal! I honestly cannot recommend this place to anyone. False advertising, rude service, faulty facilities, and dangerously unhygienic conditions. Save your money and your peace of mind – book elsewhere.

Some of the reviews made us abit sceptical about booking the hotel but we're glad we did. The food isn't great but theres plenty of it. Always fruit and dessert available but not the best for main courses in our opinion. The Aircon in the room was brill, I wasn't sure how to work it when I got there (3am) and they came and showed me with no issues and was Ice cold for the rest of the week. The rooms are a good size and the beds were comfy, the balcony was a decent size and overlooking the sun, pool and sea was great. The staff are absolutely great, Yeunus was very attentive and is an absolute asset. Cansu is an extremely helpful, lovely person and they really made an positive impact on our stay. Was always a place at the beach and the hotel never really seemed overcrowded. The was plenty of watersports available at the beach for extra.

My daughter and her boyfriend are there at the minute through easyJet holidays and the staff seem to struggle to understand them and simple things like requesting an iron is a challenge . The food is inedible and my daughter is 5 months pregnant which the easyJet rep and the hotel are aware of . They were told that they cannot move them due to the food not being to their preference . They spend since Monday trying to reach easyJet but they keeping ringing off . Absolute shambles of a set up and my daughter is stressed enough without her holiday being absolutely rubbish.

The hotel was exactly what we were looking for for a quiet weekend. It’s not very big, but it’s very clean and decorated with care. The staff were always friendly and helped us with all our questions. We especially liked the small garden behind the hotel — perfect for relaxing. The breakfast was okay, but nothing special. Overall, a pleasant stay at a fair price.
