My wife and I are just home from a week holiday. The hotel is clean, Pool is great. Staff all friendly, especially Murat the barman. He was friendly and always a smile on his face. Great at his job. The food was good with plenty of choice. Night entertainment was lively and right up our street! Snack bar was fresh and delicious in the afternoon. The stray cats were annoying as we are not cat people. A La Carte was down on the beach and very good. Parts of hotel on 6th floor need upgraded. The room is spacious and bed comfy. The hotel is good value for money and overall we enjoyed our stay.

This was my second time staying at Asteria Bloom, and overall, it was another lovely experience. The hotel remains beautifully maintained with great service, delicious food, and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive, and everything from the beach to the restaurants met high standards just like during my first visit. One small downside this time was that the hotel is no longer adults-only. While it didn’t affect my stay too much, I did notice a slight difference in the overall ambiance, especially around the pool and common areas.

Just returned from a week at Asteria bloom side, this wasn't our first choice, but due to our hotel not being open , our travel agent offered this hotel. The hotel is nice, and the staff go out of their way to help and ensure all your needs are met. The bar staff are very friendly and are always happy. Our room was always cleaned daily, fresh towels and the water topped up. The beach was nice and the food was good, always something different. Yes, this hotel is more catered for Russians, Germans, and Polish, but we still enjoyed ourselves. The only downside is that it is far from the main towns, but it is easy to get a taxi near the hotel. Would recommend the hotel if your looking to relax.

No aircon in rooms food is not the best cant get to sleep till night club is finished reception staff or horrible and take no notice phoned twice from room to say or safe would not open then had to go down to get sorted then or door would not open on or room had to go to reception again total joke you can't get a table for dinner as dinning room not big enough mini bar is water lol and ask to see general manger 4 times he is never in hotel or aircon is a fan in room lol I am living on chicken nuggets and chips this was not or hotel we booked as or hotel was not open so tranferd to here never said there was a hotel getting built right next door so noise all day and the dust is all over so if english avoid this hotel we'll we know what the reply will be from the hotel as they all ways say you are telling lies this is a true review

AVOID This hotel advertises so much and delivers very little. Issues No Air conditioning Food very poor cold/warm at best. Nightclub until 2am. You are unable to rest on your balcony or room at night as volume is so loud. Fridge only contains water plus does not cool the drinks. No other drinks in fridge as advertised . No bathrobes Daytime entertainment shocking ! Toilets filthy, steps in disrepair. Disabled toilet not fit for purpose. Approach to hotel is a building site! And you have the joys of hearing the sounds of cranes and hammering and machinery whilst you are in the hotel grounds. This hotel is more for 18-30 on a budget. I have stayed in nicer 1star accommodation in Greece for a fraction of the price. Spoken to lots of people who have voiced the same views and are disappointed. If you do not complain people are friendly. But if you are not happy they loose patience quickly. Very few English speaking staff. They try their best and work hard. Beach covered in litter. Life guard collected and dumped by sun beds. Sun-beds also very uncomfortable. Oh no food available between 4-7 . Honestly I could go on. Very disappointed that we have wasted our hard earned money on this place. As for it now being a family hotel. This is pure cruelty. The parents will be shattered . 100% needs a lot of improvements. Dated and not fit for advertising as a 5 star

Lovely hotel and wonderful staff, go out of their way to help especially customer relations very quick to respond. We had sea view room large room modern, nice bathroom beautifully cleaned daily mini fridge restocked and clean towels and bed linen daily. Bed was huge firm but comfortable. Check in was quick shown to room swiftly. Hotel is right on the beach just 2 min stroll hosting a lovely beach bar and restaurant ( food good but could do with changing menu as same everyday ). Ice cream/lollies all free when you want and good drinks. Cocktails good ask if you want something not on menu staff oblige. Sandy beach shingle into water that can be choppy. There is a roof terrace lounge bar very chilled atmosphere. Entertainment is ok bit boom boom for a disco maybe could tone down slightly and have more entertainment. Turkish night is good. Had live music which is ok this takes place by the beach bar. Very good choice of food loads to choose from in main restaurant could be hotter but there is a microwave. You definitely will not go hungry but do not expect all English food. Embrace their culture and try their foods. Delicious. A la carte restaurant is by the beach lovely setting and food very very good. Plenty of choice from a menu. Slight downside hotel is now not adults only which is a shame but not a problem. Went to side by taxi 50 euros return but very worth a visit lots of shops, ruins, bars and restaurants and harbour. Not anything we could fault on this hotel and would come back. This is mainly a Russian hotel but more English arriving in our last week. Overall fabulous holiday

Despite the reviews we read about the love-and-hate aftertaste of this hotel we loved the 4 days and 3 nights here. We are a couple from Latvia, all the stuff spoke good english, were friendly, helpful, kind. Everything we needed and expected was here. The food is ok. The music by the pool all day was very ok. The room was very good. I am not sure if with children you would have such an interesting time, but for 2 adults and just 3 nights it was perfect. If you would stay more, it would not be so intersting here unless you plan some excursions outside the theritory. There is not much of a walking distance for those who like to have good walks, because the hotel is in the middle of nowhere. But the taxi spot is right next to the hotel. Overall we are highly happy with our choice to stay in this hotel! Thank you very much!

This hotel is horrendous. We are currently on holiday 14/05/25 we stayed there one night and have had to move hotels! This hotel is not 5 ⭐️ as it claims i wouldn’t give it 2⭐️ the food is disgraceful there was no air conditioning working as they had turned it off, my husband got stuck in the lifts 3 times and as for the night manager’s attitude shrugging his shoulders he should be ashamed of himself if it wasn’t for the paying guests he wouldn’t have a job🙄 the only good thing i have to say is the customer relations lady was brilliant in helping us relocate to a different hotel thankyou. If your British DO NOT ENTERTAIN THIS SHAMBLES OF A PLACE

Miss sold this holiday - Booked as advertised as an adult only hotel, tranquil and quiet. On arrival we noticed the name of the hotel had changed and the first thing we noticed was a kiddies club room??? The Irish bar, some restaurants had closed down. We were looking for a peaceful holiday but had DJ techno music from early morning and the night club way into the early hours of the morning. No chance of reading a book quietly on pool side. The music and screaming kids were present so no chance. The food is edible if you want Luke warm food and is geared up for the Russians. We only met two other English couples. Our room was ok but on a windy evening the balcony doors did not fit properly as worn and the fittings were broke so a gale of wind would come through, noisy throughout the night. Staff were friendly so no faults here. If we were notified of the hotel take over we would not have booked it. Not much outside the hotel a few shops all selling the same. We have complained to Easyjet for miss selling this holiday which we had a response but as seeing today they are still advertising as an adult hotel. ITS NOT.
