"A prima vista, l'hotel sembra ragionevole, ma il bar interno non era in uso. Il bar esterno è in un piacevole ambiente, ma l'esperienza è distrutta dall'inquinamento atmosferico. Il personale è amichevole ed efficiente, ma la progettazione della stanza e l'elettricità sono povere e in realtà pericolosi. Le soccette non sono nelle posizioni corrette, i cavi sono troppo brevi come sul mio cappello o sono collegati con mezzi illegali. La mia lampada laterale era ancora peggiore, era alimentata direttamente dalla schiena di un socket che non offre alcuna protezione e ho ricevuto un shock elettrico. La terza notte nessuno poteva far funzionare l'aria condizionata. La cibo era media e non c'è caffè filtrato disponibile. Il mio consiglio se si vuole rimanere a Kitwe è trovare una casa ospite."

Love the fact I can always get some work done in my room. Its very comfortable and gives me time to rest. I am always very happy with my stays at shamba. "This place is by far the worst I have stayed in my entire life. Firstly, It is overpriced for the quality-we were charged K23,600($1180) for 2 apartments. After complaining to the manager, he reduced it to K23300($1165). We reserved 2 flats (2 Bedroomed )... Apartment 1, Bathroom: toilet seat was detached, bathroom water smelling, poor plumbing system(flushing 2x). Kitchen: broken freezer containers, countertops with cracks, toaster not working, stove-100 years to turn it on. Living Room: TV-only 3 channels, dirty remote control, window broken(a person can go through it ), dirty furniture. Bedroom: No Mosquito nets. Apartment 2, Living room: uncomfortable and dirty furniture, dirty remote control, No AC. Kitchen: Stove not working. Bathroom: shower head leaking, toilet not flushing correctly. Bedroom: There were no door handles( We locked ourselves out), and the air conditioner was not working correctly. Note: The good reviews are from 7 years ago when they first opened. The one star is forced by Google to post this review. This place deserves no star."
