Il posto è a 15 minuti dal Levi Center e l'hotel ha prenotato un furgone per portarci lì quando siamo arrivati ​​alla stazione degli autobus di Levi. È un posto carino e tranquillo con igloo ben attrezzati. La cena e la colazione erano entrambe buone. Abbiamo anche prenotato il safari con gli husky dall'hotel ed è stata un'esperienza molto piacevole. Il personale di servizio nel villaggio è sempre stato reattivo e disponibile. Nel complesso è stato un soggiorno davvero memorabile nel villaggio.

It was an experience out of the world during our stay here. We arrived early wanting to drop our bags but they allowed us to check in early anyway as our room was ready. The cabin itself was clean and spacious enough for 2 people. The bathroom floor was heated which was nice. We got to even see the northern lights from our bed even though it only lasted for less than a minute. One thing to note is cabins are located quite near to one another and with the glass panels, you don't get total privacy. Make sure to request for a cabin off the stretch of main road to have more privacy. We had breakfast and dinner here. Options were quite limited but understandable given the location. All dishes were labelled clearly, and we had no issues as vegetarians. We even saw some neighbourhood squirrels enjoying their breakfast. The place is very modern and managed commercially as a business, with everything extra requiring extra charges (you may even pay for staff to pick up your bags from your cabin to the main reception, which is a 2-5 min walk affair). Despite this, we think it's still worth trying out for a night to have something that's different.

The food is great! The stay is very nice, but the services such helping in luggage in the snow and take them from the car to the room which can he very far isn’t exists at all and it might be challenging.

Very peaceful environment. Staffs were friendly and nice. Stayed for 4 nights and managed to see aurora on 2 nights when the sky is clear. There is a app to alert you when there is aurora. Relaxing stay!

特意帶了孩子來過春節看極光的，這是個非常棒的酒店，可以在前台預約到附近的滑雪場以及機場的接送服務，有機會下次還回來，推薦

酒店位置距離市區有點距離、房間環境挺好、躺在床上看星空極光、酒店早晚餐都是自助、晚餐不提供飲料、美中不足的是剛入住房間時有個垃圾桶裏的垃圾是滿的、沒有及時清理、距離酒店前台較遠且是晚上、懶得再去前台了、就這樣放在房間裏了

來芬蘭怎能不住一次玻璃屋呢，我們很幸運凌晨一點看到了極光以及玻璃屋頂滿天的星星。酒店邊上就有狗拉雪橇，自駕10公里很爽。

酒店服務用心、食物一般般、設施很齊全、房間衛生很好、環境也很安靜但離市區有一段距離、總體來說很好。

Location eccezionale per passare tranquilli nel silenzio della natura qualche giorno. Accoglienza ottima, staff cordiale e gentile in tutti i suoi servizi. Lo consiglio vivamente a chi oltre alle passeggiate vuole scoprire quello che si può vedere e fare con le escursioni che la struttura mette a disposizione dei clienti.

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia e le nostre aspettative sono state ampiamente superate ! Dormire nel bungalow con la vetrata sul letto è una magia, specialmente di notte con una bellissima aurora boreale. Ottima accoglienza da tutto il personale, abbiamo fatto l’escursione con la slitta e gli hasky tutto perfetto.

Sistemazione perfetta per questo tipo di vacanza. Ci si addormenta nel proprio letto, con vista sulle stelle e la danza dell' aurora boreale. Ottimo cibo, ottimi servizi, personale gentile. Emozionante l'esperienza sulla slitta trainata dagli husky, assolutamente da provare!
