The place is 15min from Levi Center, and the hotel booked a van to take us there when we arrived at Levi bus station. It is a nice and quite place with well equipped igloos. The dinner and breakfast were both good. We also booked the Husky safari from the hotel and it was a very enjoyable experience. The service people in the village were always responsive and helpful. Overall it's a very memorable stay in the village.

來芬蘭怎能不住一次玻璃屋呢，我們很幸運凌晨一點看到了極光以及玻璃屋頂滿天的星星。酒店邊上就有狗拉雪橇，自駕10公里很爽。

酒店服務用心、食物一般般、設施很齊全、房間衛生很好、環境也很安靜但離市區有一段距離、總體來說很好。

Abbiamo soggiornato al Northern Lights Village a Gennaio 2023 insieme a una coppia di amici. Il paesaggio intorno è a dir poco unico! La struttura presenta varie tipologie di stanze, noi abbiamo dormito nel tipico glass igloo finlandese….c’è anche la possibilità di vedere l’aurora dalla proprio cabina! Il ristorante della struttura è ottimo, si trova il buffet a colazione, pranzo e cena! Ci sono moltissime attività, noi abbiamo fatto la slitta con le renne…è stato magico!

Abbiamo passato i 3 giorni più belli della nostra vacanza in Lapponia. Al Northern Light Village sembra di essere in una fiaba. Aurora Cabin confortevole, cibo ottimo, escursioni eccellenti, personale gentilissimo. Ogni mattina facevamo colazione guardando gli scoiattoli che mangiavano sugli alberi. Il percorso per arrivare al recinto delle renne è meraviglioso. Sembra di essere in un film. L’ultima sera abbiamo visto l’aurora boreale direttamente dal nostro letto. Un soggiorno perfetto. Consigliamo vivamente questa struttura e speriamo un giorno di tornare.

La location è magica. La stanza è bellissima, nuova , pulita, accogliente , ben accessoriata e ben riscaldata (nonostante le temperature artiche). La reception e la hall di ingresso è molto ben tenuta e arredata ma forse un po’ caotica (nella stessa hall ci sono gli ospiti che fanno check in, quelli che cenano/pranzano e quelli che si rilassano davanti al camino). Il buffet è molto vario, adatto a tutte le nazionalità, di buona qualità . Un unico appunto è che le bevande (cappuccino, espresso ) della colazione sono a pagamento nonostante il full board. Per quanto riguarda le attività a pagamento sono ben organizzate, molto valide ma dovrebbe esserci maggiore disponibilità soprattutto delle attività relative al aurora hunting: tutti vanno lì per fare quelle attività che sono subito fully booked mentre bisognerebbe garantire la possibilità di partecipazione a tutti nei giorni preferiti. Noi le abbiamo fatte, sono state bellissime , ma le Ho dovute prenotare mesi prima. La sauna dovrebbe essere un servizio gratuito per un resort così, magari con un sistema di prenotazione ma in un posto così non andrebbe fatta pagare come un extra. Quindi voto altissimo e posto fantastico , con giusto qualche cosa da migliorare ma super consigliato

Struttura bellissima, ben organizzata, ottimo cibo e personale davvero gentile! Siamo stati molto bene, anche le attività sono organizzate benissimo con professionisti e abbigliamento aggiuntivo sempre a disposizione. Lo consiglio davvero a tutti, famiglie, coppie ma anche vacanze in solitaria

Ottima struttura in un paesaggio da favola! Camera bellissima e molto pulita, cibo ottimo, personale gentilissimo e molto disponibile! È stato un viaggio che resterà sempre nei nostri cuori!! Consigliatissimo. Abbiamo fatto anche alcune escursioni e ci siamo trovati veramente bene!

Uno dei migliori resort dove poter soggiornare a Levi. Igloo ben curati e servizio buffet ottimo. Consiglio l’attività delle renne che dura ben 2 ore in mezzo alla foresta. Consigliato anche per famiglie Prezzi nella norma. Consiglio la visita a febbraio/marzo

It was an amazing time during our 5-nights stay at Northern Lights Village. The Aurora Suite is the best choice, having its own sauna that you can enjoy anytime, day or night. The electric fireplace is a lovely touch, warming up the atmosphere in the room. The food exceeded our expectation, both in variety and taste. We recommend to try as many experiences as possible. The Husky sleigh is on top of the list, we enjoyed it so much that we booked it twice during our visit. Snowmobile ride, Reindeer sleigh and aurora hunting are also a must, each offering a unique experience. This was more than a vacation, we will definitely visit Northern Lights Village again in the future.

Came here as a family and absolutely loved the stay in a magical winter wonderland in December. The hotel really looks after you and was able to check us in pretty much immediately to the room. Booking the Nordic Family Package was an absolute must and included everything we as a family needed for the 5 day stay. Despite our reservations 5 days actually wasn’t too long at all and given the choice would take that ahead of a 3 day stay any time. The cabin we had was brilliantly private but quite cost for a family of four, I don’t think the bigger cabins provided much more space from what we saw, but came at a price premium so we weren’t left wanting. The activities were superb, with the highlights being searching for Santa (The Elves were sensational!) and the Nordic skiing which was a family hit. You have to go full board in reality because there’s literally no where else to go other than Levi which is €60 return taxi, or a paid bus ride away, €5 each way for adults from memory, with discounts for kids. The food was superb, varied and wholesome with decent options for kids and my pescatarian better half. 3 square meals a day were needed because the calorie burn is high given the activities and the cold weather. I don’t know what people do who don’t get the full board but no one was checking our room number for each and every meal. In fact one thing that did frustrate us was that we were on the full board package for 5 nights but it only equated to 4 lunches because we didn’t get a lunch on the day we arrived and the date we left we had to be out of the room before lunch was served and so didn’t get lunch then and weren’t allowed the benefit. I asked if they could please get the lunch (we believed we’d paid for) or give us dinner on departure day and was told no. We went into Levi for lunch, because staying in the restaurant wasn’t an option for 9 hours and the taxi to Levi and lunch was cheaper than staying fora buffet lunch. Our transfers were from the hotel anyway so we returned and succumbed to a buffet dinner for 4 for upwards of €100. I think a point for the hotel is to have arrival to departure provision of food and soft drinks so that people don’t remember what we had as a blight on what was otherwise the perfect holiday, hotel and setting. That aside, we would recommend this place to anyone and already have 2 sets of friends booked in for this Christmas. They’ll also have an incredible time, as will you, as long as standards are maintained.

The most incredible 5 days!! This place is unbelievable. We went at the end of March, which meant we had long sunny days with blue skies and also one day of heavy snow which was also nice. We stayed in a suite for the first few days, with the most beautiful view of the northern lights, which we managed to see 3 times during our stay. The bathroom and sauna was beautiful. We did the romantic package which included full board, and a plethora of activities which were perfectly planned. We enjoyed every single one and can not find a favourite. We also took advantage of complementary cross country ski use and went around the signposted trail in the hotel grounds. We then moved to a regular cabin which was equally as beautiful and cozy. The Wi-Fi was great and the staff very friendly. The food was one of my favourite parts of the hotel. The fish was beautiful and there were so many hearty and healthy options and delicious salads. It was nice to be able to access tea and coffee all day too. Overall, a completely magical stay and I cannot recommend it enough.
