Excellent hospitality! Great estates and setting! Beautiful view! If you want to combine all the above, with an environment friendly place,then this hotel is perfect! We definitely enjoyed our stay and will definitely visit again. Thank you!

Off the grid, which means the solar power is not adequate to run the single, tiny A/C unit which is only located in one of the bedrooms. The upstairs bedroom only has a completely ineffective fan. Owner told us the A/C runs off a battery, which is powered by the solar - and when the battery is dead (2hrs in our case) that’s it for the day! Outcome is completely intolerable for human habitation - with both rooms reaching over 30 degrees during the night. Rest of the property is scruffy and uncared for, with a filthy communal pool. Water in the rooms has zero pressure- with little evidence of hot water. And then they have the cheek to ask for nearly 200eur per night. Pls avoid like the plague.

Had booked 13 nights here but ended up leaving after 3. Would have left sooner if I could, but it was hard to find other accommodations with such short notice. We were put in a unit with no working AC and struggled with constant power outages - multiple times per day. They advertise themselves as "eco friendly" and "off grid", however locals told me the resort was illegally built and therefore could not get the proper permits to supply power. So it seems the workaround was to go solar. They advertise the rooms being within "human comfort zone" however the room reached 88-90 degrees each night. I have a 1 year old who was miserable each night sleeping and we had to point multiple fans towards her crib just so she could sleep. However the fans were useless when the power would shut off. It would also turn off the refrigerator which compromised the food/medicine I had to store in there for my daughter. Best part was when I asked staff to speak to manager the day I left he wasn't available and when I asked them to send me an invoice for the the nights I stayed it was never provided, and was then charged for 50% of the original total for 13 nights. I wasted 3 days of my vacation there and had to pack everything up and move to a different location. You are better off avoiding altogether. The location and view were amazing and the staff that run the place were very friendly and tried their best - its just a shame they have these serious problems.

Ich beginne mit dem Positiven; der Strand unterhalb des Resorts ist für uns der schönste der ganzen Insel gewesen. Landschaftlich ist die Insel Kythira wirklich sehr schön. Die Fotos die auf den Plattformen von "Kaladi Rock Resort" gezeigt werden, entsprechen leider nicht der Realität. Die Anlage scheint, als wäre sie nie fertig gebaut worden. Alles halb fertig und furchtbar schlampig. Wir reisen wirklich seit 30 Jahren mind. 1x/Jahr nach Griechenland, aber so viel Schmutz und Provisorium haben wir noch nie erlebt. Ich brauche keinen Luxus, aber es sollte, zumindest bei der Ankunft sauber sein. Die Küche ist so ausgestattet, dass man gewaltig improvisieren muss, um das Frühstück bereiten zu können. Wir haben übrigens den Aufenthalt mit Frühstück und Klimaanlage gebucht. Beides gab es nicht. Eine Klimaanlage wurde am 3. Tag in einem Raum montiert, funktionierte aber praktisch nie, da es sehr schwachen Strom gab. Erzählt wurde uns, dass er seinen Strom selbst produziert. Wir denken aber, dass die Anlage zumind. nicht ganz legal gebaut wurde und somit nicht ans Stromnetz angeschlossen ist. WLAN funktionierte kaum, Pool sieht schön aus, ist milchig trüb und in den 6 Tagen, die wir dort waren, hatte ich nicht einmal jemanden schwimmen gesehen. Die Outdoorküche gibt es zwar, wirkte aber, als wurde sie die letzten Jahren nie gereinigt. Ich verstehe nicht, dass man die Anlagen nicht kontrolliert. Am ersten Abend lief uns auf der Terrasse beinahe eine Ratte über die Füße. Das wollte der Manager dann nicht verstehen. Wir entdeckten aber dann, dass an jeder Ecke Rattenfallen standen. Der Preis der dort verlangt wird, ist höchstens für die Aussicht!

Όμορφες κ χαλαρές διακοπές σε μαγικό τοπίο, ο Πάνος κ η Μπετυ πόλύ καλοί οικοδεσπότες. Το κατάλυμα πάνω στον γκρεμό σε μια από τις πιο όμορφες και ενδιαφέρουσες παραλίες των κυθηρων. Η πισίνα ενώνεται κ γίνεται ένα με τη θάλασσα, τα δωμάτια όμορφα, χωρίς Α/C μεν αλλά με ανεμιστήρες που κάνουν μια χαρά δουλειά με το θέμα της ζέστης. Απλά κ όμορφα!

Πραγματικά γράφουμε αυτή την κριτική μόνο και μόνο για να προστατέψουμε τους ανθρώπους που σκοπεύουν να επισκεφτούν το εν λόγω ξενοδοχείο. Η φωτογραφίες αρχικά που βλέπετε είναι 30 χρόνια πριν. Δεν ξέρουμε άκου που να αρχίσουμε. Με το που φτάσαμε στο “resort” δεν υπήρξε καμία υποδοχή παραμονο μας δόθηκε το κλειδί του δωματίου χωρίς καμία καμία περαιτέρω περιγραφή από έναν κύριο που τυχαίνει να είναι και ο ιδιοκτήτης ο οποίος μόνο που δεν μας έβρισε με το που φτάσαμε. Το δωμάτιο μέσα στην βρώμα. Σκουριασμένα πόμολα. Το καπάκι της τουαλέτας δεν στεκόταν με αποτέλεσμα με το που καθόσουν στην λεκάνη είχες και και το καπάκι στην πλάτη σου σου. Το νερό στο ντουζ ανύπαρκτο. Ίσα ίσα κάποιες σταγόνες και αν ήσουν τυχερός κατάφερες να τελειώσεις το μπάνιο σου. Τα σεντόνια και πετσέτες δεκαετίας 90 σιχαινόσουνα και να ακουμπήσεις και αλλά τόσα που δεν θελουμε να θυμόμαστε. Το καλύτερο σας το φυλάμε για το βράδυ. Μάλλον είναι πολύ ρομαντικές ψυχές εκεί μέσα και φροντίζουν κατά την διαρκεία της νύχτας να μην έχεις ρεύμα κατά διαστήματα. Το ξενοδοχείο λειτουργεί με γεννήτρια. Η πισινα σε άθλια κατάσταση, μέσα στην βρώμα καθώς και ο εξωτερικός χώρος του ξενοδοχείου τελείως παραμελημένος. Η κατάληξη για να μην να μακρηγορώ είναι ότι μείναμε 1 βράδυ αντί τα 6 που είχαμε προπληρώσει και όχι απλά δεν πήραμε τίποτα πίσω αλλά ούτε μπήκε στην διαδικασία να μας τηλεφωνήσει και να μας ρωτήσει τι συνέβη. Για καλή μας τύχη βρήκαμε κατάλυμα σε ένα εξαιρετικό ξενοδοχείο ANEMES και έτσι συνέχισαν όμορφα οι διακοπές μας. Πραγματικά η χειρότερα εμπειρία που έχουμε Βιώσει σε ξενοδοχείο. Παροτρύνουμε όλους εσας να επισκεφτείτε αυτό το υπέροχο νησί αλλά μην κάνετε το λάθος να περάσετε ούτε απέξω από αυτό το κατάλυμα που το χαρακτηρίζουν και resort..
