Hotel in zona チブガー庭苑, Kitanakagusuku

This is a great hotel especially for the price . My only complaint if I had to make any is the jacuzzi doesn’t work in the bathtub. However beds were comfy and everything else was great .The customer service is amazing (as always in Japan ) , I overslept for breakfast(I paid for it at check in) even though they gave me a courtesy call, since it was my choice to keep sleeping I was totally fine with wasting the 1000Y but they REFUSED to let me leave without getting a good breakfast and made me a nice fresh spread. I highly recommend this place if you just want somewhere reasonably priced for a night or 2.

La prima casa dell'hotel è molto pulita.La stanza è stata rinnovata, molto pulita, l'acqua è un po'antica, ma la pulizia è buona, quindi puoi passare un bel tempo.La stanza è molto grande, il personale dell'hotel è molto amichevole.Non è sul mare, ma il rapporto costo-beneficiario è più alto. Qui, si può sperimentare la vita reale delle persone locali, piuttosto che pagare le elevate spese di hotel, guidare sempre sulla strada congestionata dell'aeroporto, e rimanere in un luogo turistico congestionato e complessa, dare una sensazione di raffreddamento.Viaggiare ad alta velocità dall'aeroporto per 25 minuti. The name itself ”Music Koza” was first what attracted my daughter to recommend and suggest it. As a 1st time visitor to Okinawa, we did not do much research and chose a hotel in the ”middle” of the island. We thought being in the middle, we can move to any sigh-seeing spots conveniently =) Its an advantage that there's an express bus that stops quite near the hotel...but its still almost a distance to the hotel...and up a slope! Its less than a km straight but you really have to struggle if you have heavy luggages. First to climb up a flight of steps from the bus stop and then walking up the slope. As a location, it's near bus stops to major sites and have restaurants and convenience stores like 7-11, Family Mart within walking distance. The only advantage is it's nearer to the American Village, as compared to Naha town but that's about it. The hotel is self check in, no one will be at the lobby to welcome you or to wave you good bye. all instructions sent to you by email and its quite easy to follow as there were english instructions. We stayed 3 nights and 6 towels were given in the room...as shared above, you can call no one during your stay. But the room is spacious by Tokyo, Japan standard and the in room wall-mounted TV was H-U-G-E!....biggest I have seen in any of my travels. Its a luxury...only if you stay in the room for Netflix whole day...else its just a white elephant. (see photo) We tried to cancel and asked for partial refund after we realised we are better off in the city, but unfortunately we could not. So, stay here IF you have any business or interests nearby, else you are better off with a hotel in Naha city.

Era un nuovo hotel, quindi era molto pulito e bello. La posizione era anche buona perché era vicino al Village Americano e al centro commerciale Ion Raikamu. La colazione non era molto buona, ma era deliziosa abbastanza. In generale era un buon valore per l'hotel.

As limited supply of single room, book earlier to ensure you get it in a reasonable price. You can try different local food during the buffet breakfast or buffet lunch. The choice of tea is in a large variety in the morning. Nice free coupon for spa nearby. The outside temperature control pool was perfect even in the windy day. 1000yen shopping coupon per day was also marvellous as the stores provided a nearly full range of products in reasonable price. The laundry room was also perfect for me. There is a room with 3 sets of machines especially for ladies. You can sit in the sofa area looking at the The public room outside

Very good location ! Within American Village! Many choices for restaurants, shops etc ! Comfortable beds ! Clean hotel ! Nice amenities! Recommended!

The room smells musty. In our opinion the bed was very hard, the pillows were bad. The air conditioning was quite loud. The receptionists were only partially friendly. The worst thing was that,if you have a tattoo you are strictly forbidden from using the wellness area and you have to pay extra. So what? It's 2024. The highlight was that, there is a Lawson in the hotel.
