Hotel a Kisumu, Kenya

Ho visitato l'hotel insieme alla mia famiglia per usher nel nuovo anno. Esso è un grande hotel, imponente di dire. Le camere sono enormi e bellissimi decorati. Tutte le attrezzature richieste nella stanza sono fornite. Ci sono piscina, palestra e spa. Vidi anche appartamenti all'interno dell'hotel. Mi piacevano l'atmosfera, le decorazioni e la vista generale dell'hotel. Ma mi disappunto la cena, abbiamo prenotato a bordo, quindi mi aspettavo un buffet di 5 stelle per la cena del nuovo anno e poi accompagnato da fuoco e ushering nuovo anno in stile. Ma quello che l'hotel fornì era semplicemente sotto par a mio par. Il giorno dopo, il colazione era semplicemente la solita non era niente fuori dal normale. Il pranzo dell'anno nuovo non era anche bene. In generale, mi piaceva l'hotel, ma mi hanno fallito nella sezione del cibo. Sentivo di non avere valore per i soldi dopo aver pagato un braccio e una gamba.Altrimenti, consiglierei l'hotel perché è un bel posto, ma il servizio alimentare ha bisogno di molti miglioramenti.

Staff are lovely no complaints hygiene is 10/10 they give you more freebies than most hotels definitely coming back here again. The check in was a bit long they could do with speeding that process up. Apart from that I can't complain. Front desk always go above and beyond for guests .

Abbiamo portato la famiglia in questo hotel, come abbiamo già avuto, per nuotare, per pranzo e per goderci la sera. Ci siamo chiesti di noleggiare 5 asciugamani per i bambini. Bevande ordinate, alla fine ordinate pranzo quando riuscivamo a trovare un guardaroba di nuovo, ancora nessun asciugamani. Manda uno dei nostri figli a chiedere ancora una volta le tovaglie... Lunch ha preso per sempre, la pizza era essenzialmente formaggio sul pane, quasi visto la salsa di pizza del pomodoro sotto il formaggio se fosse anche lì! I noccioli di pollo dei bambini avevano un strano rivestimento speziato sotto il batter di stile indiano - non noccioli di pollo. Abbiamo visto molti bellissimi piatti di chip essere portati ad altre tavole che erano chiaramente conosciute, ma le nostre erano rotte, non buon gusto o niente. Mangiare e un altro ordine di bevande più tardi (e anche quello di bere male), abbiamo deciso di rinunciare e lasciare, chiedendo il conto...aspettando... chiedendo di nuovo il conto, si sedette aspettando e alla fine l'hanno portata. Esprimendo che non siamo felici, sono “scusate”, ma è bene essere spiacente dopo una categoria di errori. Ha sprecato la nostra serata completamente e cosa è più che abbiamo speso un sacco di soldi su 2 taxi per arrivare a questo particolare hotel. Dopo questa esperienza, non credo che sia un posto per tornare. Il personale non si preoccupa, sono lenti, non può nemmeno portare la fattura quando si chiede.
