... My mother and I stayed at Cramim hotel during Rosh HaShana holiday. It's a highly aesthetic and beautifully designed place. Everything is clean, the gardens are well taken care of, and the interior design is of a very high level. The rooms are cozy too. The view from the room's windows is pretty, but our room faced some unfinished construction from the neighborhoods around, which was a pity (but isn't the hotel's fault). Service is absolutely excellent, every question is answered and we felt comfortable to ask for things, everyone is friendly, helpful, professional and nice- specially Jacob, who was particularly friendly to us, and Einat from the shop. The hotel has 3 swimming pools- one inside and two outside, a hot tub and a sauna- all well maintained, clean and cozy. The gym and Yoga studio are quite modest, the gym is equipped with bikes and running devices but not with much equipment for strength exercises. The spa treatment floor is quiet and you will find there armchairs, hot and cold tea and relaxing music. The spa offers a variety of treatments too. The hotel's breakfast is excellent, diverse, and everything is fresh and tasty- salads, cheese, eggs, fruits and sweet baked goods, absolutely fantastic. At dinner you will find a variety of meat and fish dishes, but only one vegan main course (I suggest as an improvement to offer more vegetarian-vegan dishes at dinner). However, most salads and side dishes are suitable for people who don't eat meat, and you'll find a variety of those. Beds are very comfortable and you can even order a pillow from a pillow menu. Rooms are well equipped and we even received a little cake, chocolate and a new air diffuser. We enjo

We came with amazing expectations… and I was disappointed. The pool and spa and massages are excellent however… The food looked amazing but it was nothing out of the ordinary. The staff were slow and despite being friendly , they took ages to bring drinks etc. the front reception again friendly but provided wrong information. Mohammed was extremely helpful at the front desk after as was the manager but we were not the only ones who felt like that. To keep the standard of what is meant to be a top exclusive hotel they must improve food and service. To be honest.. I really would choose other places over this until they get back up to what seemed to be fantastic a while back.

Let's start with the good things. This is a superb hotel in the most exclusive line of hotels in the country. Weather is also awesome as you're in the Jerusalem area. Our room was spacious, well equipped with everything you need. Very large bath and the complimentary water was also good. Food is top tier. We enjoyed our meals. We were on a half board plan and it was the right choice. I would like to thank Erez specifically for his amazing quality of service. Some bad things : At night, the reception area plays some obscure music. The receptionists said they had no control over it. It was the same song for 2 freaking hours. Take that into account and give your employees ways to change this! We heard that all the way to the 5th floor. When we first arrived to our room it smelt a bit bad. This was changed quality though by the room maintenance team. Also, the prices at the pool for food are astonishingly high, even by Israeli standards. I will recommend this hotel to everyone though.

Ok so the hotel is not a bad one, I'll start with that. But for sure it ain't worth the excessive sum they charge for staying here (considered as a top notch hotel in Israel - NOPE). It may have been one of the best but that was 5-6 years ago. You can see the signs of wear in the room as an example (see pics from the shower). Also who is the dumb designer who thought using stinky shower curtains that sticks to your body when you shower?!? Also water takes ages to drain. Guys - maintain your hotel if you want to maintain your rating!

The Cramim resort is an oasis of luxury in between Jerusalem and Tel Aviv. We have a lovely 1 night stay and enjoyed every minute. The grounds are beautiful. The driveway and parking areas were crowded and a bit difficult to navigate at check in time, but we managed to find a parking spot. You can call for a golf cart if you park too far away, but we were OK to walk. Check in was crowded, especially considering that we had pre-checked in via a link the hotel sent a few days earlier. Once we got our room key, we were fine. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. Plenty of amenities in the bathroom. A bottle of water, a bottle of wine, and some dates were waiting for us. The king sized bed was very comfortable. The pools are beautiful and refreshing. Even though the hotel was probably at a very high capacity, there were empty lounge chairs at the pool. Poolside food & cocktails are available to order and you can charge it to your room. The balcony off of our room was lovely. Breakfast the next morning was abundant and the service was wonderful. The fitness classes are complimentary and I very much enjoyed the yoga session. I hope to come back and experience the spa treatments! We had a fantastic stay and all the staff were so helpful and courteous.

We decided to celebrate my 50th birthday in the luxurious cramim hotel and we paid the hefty price for the room, festive shavuout dinner and spa treatment. When you celebrate your 50th you do everything to make it special. From the very first moment in the checkin the we didnt feel the proffessionalism. The receptionist did not understand the proce we paid included the additional 200$ for dinner and said it was not included and asked for proof. We entered the room and only one bottle of water for 2 people. Shower had only one tiny shampoo and one tine conditioner. Even though my.wife told them we are celebrating my 50th birthday nothing was done by hotel for the occassion.. even after my wife told them they forgot. Than i had to call myself and ask why nothing was done for my birthday and they called me back from lobby asking "are you sure you didnt already receive something". So not enough we need to ask again and again then we also need to feel we are cheating? Not cool Cramim. So we asked for more water to room We asked for more shampoo. But for a 5 star hotel we expect to get what you pay for. We didnt. On the bright side great chef with very nice breakfast and dinner. But.even after dinner we asked for.hot tea and we were told its not served in dinner but we can go to lobby to drink. So nice hotel and some very good sides but we definately didnt feel generosity or special by the hotel

Having stayed at the Isrotel Beresheet in Mitzpah Ramon we had similar high hopes for Cramim. We were attending a wedding in Jerusalem and thought this was an opportunity to try another from the chain. The hotel itself was ok. The room was acceptable, clean, the bed was firm but comfortable. The staff on check in were pleasant. The views were very nice but if you aren’t in to wine, there’s not much point in accepting the inconvenience of the distance from Jerusalem. I wouldn’t consider it a jersusalem hotel at all. Food at breakfast was good but very busy and not if the same standard as beresheet. I did like the look area with 3 different pools on close proximity to one another. Overall the stay was a 3/5 maybe a 4. I have given this hotel a 1/5 rating because of an incident that has left a sour taste in my mouth. This was an exclusive an expensive hotel but I feel totally unappreciated as a high paying customer. My wife accidentally left her expensive hair straighteners in the room. Luckily we did not immediately return to England but went on to a hotel in Herzliya. I emailed as I have no way of calling an Israeli number but got no response and thought it needed urgent handling before the room was cleared and the item not stored/allocated to our name. For convenience I had my aunt ring up and explain the situation as she is fluent in Ivrit whereas I don’t speak a word. I asked her into ask them to send it (at my expense of course) to my Herzliya hotel or even to her home address in Eilat as we expected to visit her very soon. They flatly refused. Under no circumstances would they send it. They would keep it for three months for me under a collection number I could give at reception but that’s it. I could not believe the complete inflexibility of policy of a hotel that thinks it can operate at this level of cost and exclusivity. An absolute joke. I had no option but to take three to four hours out of the remainder of my holiday and drive back to Cramim from Herzliya to collect the item. I did that but it was not without further harassment and disappointment. I arrived at the sliding gates to be greeted by a security guard who spoke zero English (at a hotel full of foreign tourists?). He shouted at me for the best part of 5 mins refusing to let me despite me quoting the number I had been told to provide. So, once again I got my aunt to the rescue and out her on loud speaker so she could explain to him what I was trying to do. He shouted at her for another five minutes talking over her as she tried to explain my reason for wanting to come in. Eventually he radioed someone else on security who was able to understand what I wanted and let me in but not without shouting “no parking” at me????? The people on the desk were pleasant about the missing item and efficiently handed it to me but by this point I was livid and decided to share my feelings publicly. Note to Isrotel, go get your general manager of Beresheet to teach Cramim about h
