The room was perfect, The breakfast was excellent! But they let us down. We booked our hot air balloon ride through (get your guide )5 months before we flew to Cappadocia because it’s for my 54th Birthday. When we just arrived she ( Rabiss I think her name) kept on asking several times about our balloon ride which I have told her that everything was already in placed. We arrived September 28 and she approached us on the 30th our balloon ride. She said that the balloon ride, they cancel a day before and if we booked through them, they could update us anytime which it makes sense. My mistake was , I should have contacted the number that Get your guide provided because the address of the Company was in Göreme . Anyway, we cancelled and after 30 minutes she came to us and said that it’s already booked for October 3. I asked her the contact number of the company where she booked however no response from her. The following day October 2 , we were about to checkout because we were moving to Göreme for my Birthday. The manager / owner at first was hesitant to give the number. I said that it’s early morning and incase that there’s a problem then we could contact them directly but he said no problem just contact us and I will contact them which we didn’t agree. So at the end he gave his number. I contacted the number and I was surprised he didn’t know about the booking that I was telling so at the end I was the one who sorted out. I told to the manager that there was no any booking. The available date was October 5 and 6. The reason why the 3rd and 4th of October wasn’t available because the passengers of booking of September 30 and October 1 was cancelled because of the weather so they cancelled October 2 and 3 bookings and allocated the people of September 30 and October 1 which I didn’t believe. Those who were cancelled will be either fully refund or book when it’s convenient for them not to cancel the present booking. We didn’t have an alternative but to book the available date because I checked in get your guide and viator, there was no available from October 3 to 6. When we left, the manager and Rabiss never apologise. Rabiss was avoiding the topic even they were the one who put our luggage in the car. Another issue was better to book the tours like the Dervish and Turkish night through get your guide because free pick up and drop. The price that they quoted was same price with get your guide but transport not included in the price from the hotel. However , when Rabiss said to us that all included so we went ahead. But then when the driver dropped us in the hotel after the the show , we paid 1000 Turkish Lira ( 34 euros). We didn’t ask the manager why we had to pay but we presumed that it will be deducted from the final payment of the said booking. When we check out , we found out that the taxi was not part of it. So my recommendation or suggestion is to make clear and if possible black and white. We booked the hotel through booking.c

La struttura è stata molto attraente, la posizione dell'hotel è conveniente per viaggiare, shopping e ristoranti, il colazione è stato fantastico, cibo e servizio di grande qualità. Abbiamo anche amato la piscina, la palestra e la sauna. La stanza era confortevole e pulita. Abbiamo avuto qualche aiuto dalla reception quando abbiamo bisogno di un taxi per andare al museo e abbiamo anche fatto un check-out tardi alle 2:00, è stato molto bello. Molto consigliare questo hotel!

Il Pome Granate Cave Hotel, situato a 10 km dal castello di Ughisar, dispone di un parcheggio privato e terrazza, a 20 km dal Museo dell'Aeronautica Aperta di Zelve, a 22 km dal monastero di Nikolos e dal Museo Uruguay. Il direttore dell'hotel Ersan, signore, vi darà una mappa di rotta per i ristoranti e i locali storici che potrete andare in zona, e so che e' un esperto di ristoranti, che ha consigliato molto gentile e bello. Il signor Emirhan e Mehmet sono due amici riceventi, che vi accoglieno sempre con la faccia di rose e vi aiutano, e il colazione di rabbia e di resistenza è anche molto bello. Io e mia moglie abbiamo soggiornato in una stanza senza finestre... ci siamo divertiti molto... vivere in una grotta, vivere in una stanza senza finestre... e' stato un bel insegnamento... spero che ci sia dentro di voi... e' stato un luogo di vita che mi è piaciuto molto... di una situazione che ho detto. Si può assicurare che questo posto crei un clima familiare, vi consiglio di venire in macchina, in un posto vicino a tutto il mondo, in 25 minuti, in ogni luogo. Infine, vorrei dire addio a te come visitatore di questa bella famiglia che mi ha fatto piacere.
