Hotel in zona Fife Coastal Path, Kirkcaldy

We enjoyed staying at this Travelodge everything was first class from the friendly welcome until our departure and have already booked to go back later this year

Despite being a frequent visitor to Glenrothes this was my first stay at the Holiday Inn Express. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality having only paid just over £100 per night. Nice friendly and efficient staff. Clean and recently removed bedrooms (or so it seemed), comfortable bed, great shower, nice toiletries and a good breakfast. Lots of parking and a nice pub next door. I enjoyed my stay and will return.

This is a good place for backpackers. We stayed here for a couple of nights in a 12 bed dormitory. The beds were good with ample space to keep our stuffs. Toilers were clean. The receptionists were friendly and approachable. The check-in time is 2 PM, so if you arrive early, you'll need to wait in the locker room and help yourself to some coffee. Or else you can keep your bags in a locker and roam around the city till you are ready to check-in. Early check-in is also available, but subject to availability of beds/rooms. Overall, quite good.

Il personale è molto gentile e risponde pazientemente a qualsiasi domanda tu possa avere. Puoi prendere in prestito un ventilatore elettrico se soggiorni in estate. Il bagno è molto pulito, ma in un bagno ci sono solo due prese, ma quando qualcuno lo usa, l'altra persona non può usarlo perché non c'è spazio sufficiente. Si consiglia di portare i propri prodotti da bagno si acquistano allo sportello e ci sono anche asciugacapelli da prendere in prestito gratuitamente. I miei coinquilini sono tutti molto gentili, vanno tutti a letto presto ed evitano di disturbare gli altri. Gli armadietti nella stanza sono più grandi del previsto, tuttavia, il suono dell'apertura e della chiusura della porta è un po' forte per appendere cappotti e cialde. All'interno sono presenti due caricatori, un porta asciugamani e due luci. La posizione è molto comoda, è vicino al Royal Mile, a 8 minuti dalla stazione Waverley di Edimburgo ed è facile raggiungere New Town. Tuttavia, se porti con te le valigie, potrebbe essere difficile trasportarle perché ci sono molte scale . C'è una cucina comune per cucinare. Ci sono attività diverse ogni giorno, ma non ho partecipato perché si è svolto troppo presto (19.30) e le attività erano già finite quando sono tornato. Ogni giorno alle 11.30 è previsto un tour a piedi gratuito. Torneremo sicuramente la prossima volta! 

We stayed out of Edinburgh as much cheaper than in Edinburgh on a busy weekend - went to watch Harry Styles at Murrayfield! The first night wasn’t great as our room was noisy as the window wouldn’t close and at breakfast lots of items were not topped up. However, the staff moved us the next day and breakfast was much better stocked the next 2 mornings. The staff were so friendly and helpful - particularly Clare and Kayleigh. It was very easy and cheap to get the train into Edinburgh

Il personale dell'hotel è estremamente cordiale e disponibile, Il cibo nel ristorante è eccellente, Abbiamo avuto un'esperienza sfortunata con la suite che abbiamo prenotato, ma è stato risolto da Wilburt e dal personale di prenotazione estremamente disponibile, Purtroppo le pulizie nell'hotel nella suite era stato saltato, il che è stato un vero peccato, ma è stato risolto rapidamente. La vista sui ponti è incredibile e le aree generali dell'Hotel sono immacolate, abbiamo alloggiato nelle camere King prima che erano anche immacolate.

Vengo qui per il risveglio dopo il funerale di mio padre. L'hotel è senza spot, bella vista e il cibo era bellissimo. La maggior parte del personale era contenta, tuttavia, dopo poche ore, quando pensavamo che avesse bisogno della stanza, ci siamo trasferiti al bar principale per uscire. La signora dietro il bar sembrava irritata ogni volta che chiese delle bevande che mi sembravano molto strane. Non amichevole, ci urlavano di stare calmi da un vecchio coppia che sceglieva di sedersi accanto a noi quando tutto il resto del bar era vuoto. Molto inquietante per la famiglia, alcuni di noi non si erano mai visto in anni e stavamo scambiando storie sul morto. Tuttavia, in ogni bel posto, solo fatto sentire incomodo verso la fine che non era molto bello dopo quello che avevamo appena passato. Spero che la mia revisione contribuisca a farlo in futuro.

third visit to this hotel rooms are to a very high spec and very modern and spotless clean hotel in centre of town with plenty to do on the high street and 50 yards from a lovely park food in hotel is excellent and plenty of it staff were so nice receptionist /night porter/waitress and even the cleaner said hope you have a lovely day will be back 10 out of 10 David ayrshire
