Hotel in zona CSS Neuse II, Kinston

I've stayed at this hotel twice in the span of two weeks due to business trips. Both times I visited there was a weird smell throughout the hotel, but I booked again because I had no issues checking in and the beds were nice. My mistake. I walked in and the same smell was there, but ignored it due to the closeness that the hotel provided to the company I work for. When trying to check in I was informed the card on file needed to be on hand or I needed an authorization for for use. Again, I had been booked previously at this location a week and a half previous to this stay and had never been asked this before. I informed them of this and the desk attendant just repeated herself that I needed the card on hand or an authorization form. Offered no solution to the problem, didn't try to look up my stay beforehand to verify I had been here before or explain the reason for the inconsistency. I ultimately had to call a manager to come to the hotel with the card. Upon informing her she allowed me to check in before they had arrived. Desk attendant was rude although she tried her 'best' at a fake pleasant customer service voice. Won't be booking here again.

1 Luglio Io sono andato a controllare . Ho avuto due prenotazioni . Arrivo alle 3:00 . La signora del desk front ha detto che solo una delle mie stanze erano pronte e i custodi erano ancora pulire le altre stanze . Le ho detto che stavo bene che torno subito . Tornai alle 6:30 e lei disse che la mia altra stanza non era ancora pronta e ci erano 12 persone davanti a me che non avevano ancora una stanza 🤦🏾‍♀️ A questo punto sono confusa . La signora del divano di fronte disse che doveva chiamare il suo cibo per la situazione che sta accadendo con i custodi, quindi io ero li' aspettando pazientemente, aspettando per circa 15 minuti, finché non mi sono lasciato perche' era terribile. Il lobby era confezionato con un gruppo di persone che non avevano una stanza e in quel momento mi sono arrabbiato. La signora del divano mi ha detto che la stanza era pronta per me, dovevano andare a servizio perché un ospite ha detto che era profumata come *********, quindi ora sono davvero confusa perché ha dato la mia stanza che era pronta. Le ho detto di cancellare la prenotazione.Prima di tutto, è stato un weekend di vacanza, non dovrebbe mai essere in un secondo turno da sola. (Ha lavorato sodo) La lobby era caricata con PPL solo aspettando e lamentando.Secondo loro hanno bisogno di più custodi. Se sapessi che avevi solo tre custodi in quel giorno la gestione avrebbe dovuto essere lì per pulire le loro stanze.

It was a very nice clean and quiet hotel. The hotel is in a great location. You don't have to travel far for food or personal items. the rooms are spacious and the bathroom has a lot of room and the shower is big and has enough room for two. The staff is nice and helpful. The staff makes sure that you are comfortable and feels welcomed. We had no problems at all. we will be staying there again for our weekend getaway.

L'ambiente è buono, il buon servizio e il buon colazione sono buoni consigli. La prossima volta, sceglierete di vivere qui.Il personale di servizio della reception è molto educato e attento.Le strutture ambientali dell'hotel fanno sentire le persone molto comode.La posizione è anche nel centro.

Definitely a -5!!!! Stayed at Fairfield Greenville July 30th - Aug 2nd 2022. Would have paid for my stay from May through priceline. Arriving at the hotel on the 30th @2:31am I met the clerk who checked me in he stated that my room was on hold that i had to pay $680 + $80 holding fee. I said to him I already paid because the rep said i couldn’t get the room unless i paid he kept saying no no no I say yes. At this point i’m very sleepy for traveling for nearly 24hours so i handed him the card where i was charged a total of $760 Keep in mind I paid $504.00 already through priceline. So i visit the front office the next morning after checking my bank statement where I met a different gentleman at the desk checking the system he say oh yes & he’s sorry he’ll need to get his manager because there is multi stuff needed to be done to refund me what was charged at the hotel & that he’ll return a call back. Taking my phone numbers & I left the hotel for the day return shortly after 10pm that night not a call received I stop at the front desk where I would met a next clerk who Identified himself as Mr.Lee front office manager & said he wasn’t aware of this matter thinking to myself how did they do a hand over if the front office manager wasn’t informed about the guest being charged twice for one room. He then search the computer system & asked if i sure i use my name to checked in & if i was sure my room # was 407 Confused i was like what ??? who else name would I use & I paid with my card & was asked for identification. That’s when it became clear the level unprofessional was at a all time high. He apologized & then assured me he sort it out & also return a call back. Waited but there was no call. So I Call back where i would speak to a different rep this time a female where she apologized & stated that I had charges & giving me a different room number & cards attached to my name. Checking my bank statement where I was charged again this time $241.83 furious at this point Where i clearly stated that they need to check the camera system at the hotel I stayed in room #407 & they would be able to verify my activities at the hotel if they checked. Calling again this would be the 12x where I would speak to the next manager after going back & forth with him it was clearly he wasn’t understanding & thought he was correct shortly afterwards he said he’ll have all the funds return & i should give it until Monday which would’ve been the 8 August 2022. It’s now 16th of August 2022 & I have yet to receive my money. Sent both Jayne & Lee emails & left voice messages. They both have yet to respond since we last spoke. All i want is my funds what was charged at the hotel again after paying through priceline. It’s beyond frustrating & I’ve been more than lenient with this group of ppl. ( Spoke to Lee about 7x, Jayne 1x, Shai 2x, another male rep 3x). Call the hotel again today & spoke with a female name Shai (second time) She is the only individual who genuinely
