This was a wonderful stay, over two days. The staff were welcoming and could not do enough for us. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated and maintained although I do agree that the sisal carpet is a little odd. Our room was large, well appointed and with a garden patio which we were able to enjoy in the unusually spectacularly good weather. The breakfasts were the best we had on our trip, and that is a very high bar, given the overall quality of our breakfasts in Ireland. The hotel is centrally located with easy access to all that this lovely town has to offer. We parked on the street and had no issues.

Stayed for two nights as we played golf in the area. The hotel is very nice and located centrally in Kinsale. Rooms are well appointed and spacious. Staff were very accommodating. We had a very early tee time one morning and had to leave before the breakfast room opened so tea/coffee/scones were provided at 6:00am. Breakfast itself was very good. We had a street facing room so with the windows open during the day there was street noise. No issue with the windows closed. A very nice place to stay

Lovely spot. Great location. Spot on service. Fantastic breakfast. We enjoyed the martinis at cocktail hour and the scones at breakfast. Comforters are bit heavy for summer,still, beds and pillows are great. Staff was helpful with everything.

The good: It's a beautiful building in a great location. Our room was huge and our bed was comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. The not so good: Parking is very limited. The sisal type carpet on the stairs is carried through to the bedrooms and is truly unpleasant to walk on barefoot. Most of the staff were friendly but some really were not. It's very expensive- but I guess that's just a Kinsale thing.

Wonderful small hotel. Lovely decor and very comfortable rooms. We have a lovely outdoor seating area with a garden view. The staff couldn’t be more hospitable or helpful. Breakfast was great. The scrambled eggs were unusually good. Very convenient. Downtown Kinsale is right out the door. Will certainly return if we have the opportunity.

Exceptional property and excellent staff greets your arrival. Helpful and knowledgeable on all our questions from dining to golf. We enjoyed our 7 day stay in beautiful accommodations, extremely clean and comfortable. Hotel has everything a tourist, as we were , would need. I'd recommend Perryville to all visitors to Kinsale. Rating is 5 star plus

Perryville House is top notch in every way! The staff are attentive, friendly and helpful. Our room was beautiful with a generous sitting area, beautiful decor and comfortable bed. The bathroom was roomy with nice towels and products and one of the best showers I have used in ages. The breakfast is remarkable in both presentation and taste - the only problem was having to decide on one entree! The bar is also lovely with Francis who treated us like old friends. Cannot wait to share this lovely inn with friends back home.

A rare find. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The staff were faultless. Beautiful decor. Very comfortable room with a well laid out bathroom and a pretty view to the courtyard garden. Excellent breakfasts. We will stay here the next time we are in Kinsale.

The good: A large area in the room, wonderful shower, and decent breakfast. The bad: the carpeting in our room was gross. Crunchy, hard, felt like I was truly walking on steel wool. Our room had a beautiful view of the boats but at midnight we were able to hear a bunch of large drunk kids. The hard to describe: how nice the demeanor of most people were except for the owner. I don't think I saw her smile once and she truly was not very friendly, at least to us. Bottom line: OK but our experience was not as glowing as others.
