Log cabin in 1991, renovated in 2013, kitchen-living room sofa bed, bedroom with 120 cm wide bed, low loft, a steep staircase, 2 mattresses, shower room, sauna (electric stove), and a terrace.
Pets allowed, max. 3 dogs. The villa is situated at the edge of a field, a gentle slope to the beach, yard lawn, shrubs, plants and ornamental trees. By the entrance road garage and wood shed, by the beach side a roofed barbecue place.
The rich fish clear watered Kivijärvi is suitable for fishing enthusiasts.
Salamajärvi National Park in Koirasalmi (fishing and hiking possibilities) 30 km, Savivuori Ski Resort 54 km, Piispala Nature and Sports Centre 47 km, the nearest train station 96 km in Kannus, Kinnula center 10 km. Catering available.
Owners rent 5 hp electric outboard and bicycles.
