這間綠屋酒店雖然說是在倫敦太午事何況但都要行大約20分鐘才行到而且這間酒店裏面的環境是非常之青丘我是到了晚上由於是復活假有很多人租用酒店所以那些青年不停在房裏驕陽非常嘈吵可以說是整晚隔音非常差其他都沒有太大問題只是樓層比較薄很容易聽到樓上及樓下的聲音

Non restare qui! Standard molto basso. Ho dovuto pagare per una connessione wifi che non funzionava. La carta per la camera ha smesso di funzionare ogni giorno e la colazione era orribile, il personale scortese. che non parlava inglese. Non tornerò mai più in nessun hotel Travelodge!

Piccolo hotel su una strada molto trafficata poco attraente dall'esterno. Bar scelta di vini molto limitata. Il personale non aveva idea del servizio. Colazione completamente diversa, gentiluomo molto disponibile. Non ci tornerò

Il piatto doccia traboccava, quindi si potevano fare solo docce brevi, la doccia e il lavandino avevano macchie di ruggine, niente piumone, solo una tovaglia, schermo TV rotto, caricabatterie accanto al letto non funzionavano a meno che la luce principale non fosse accesa, quindi non è possibile caricare telefono e tablet mentre si dorme a meno che tu non possa dormire con la luce principale accesa. Il personale si distingue e non potrebbe essere più gentile

Volevo solo scrivere una recensione in relazione a Irina che lavora alla reception del travel lodge Kingston. È un vero vanto per l'azienda ed è stata fantastica dal momento in cui siamo arrivati risolvendo rapidamente alcuni piccoli problemi anche mentre i sistemi informatici erano inattivi! Non capita molto spesso di incontrare persone gentili e premurose come Irina, quindi volevo solo condividerle. Hai una superstar che lavora per te :)
