Premier Inn Hull City Centre

We stayed for the night whilst in Hull and was extremely happy with our stay. The room and bar area ect was all really nice and clean. Had a room on the 11th floor with a nice view of the river which was a nice surprise as we only booked a standard room. All staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the breakfast was really nice and also had vegan options. After we checked out I think was allowed to wait in the cosy car area on a sofa whilst my partner had a appointment. Staff evening got me a pot of tea free of charge which really was nice. Parking is just £7 for 24 hours which is a good price for secure parking. The city centre is a short walk or a £5 Uber ride. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

Stayed yesterday (18/1/25). I stayed here a few years ago and there were problems with lifts, heating etc. It was plain that the place was being renovated but that is all done. Don't be put off by earlier reviews. Everything works as it should, room spotless and newly furnished and the staff are friendly and efficient.

Stayed in the premium room for business which was very good and to a good standard with a useful fridge. Staff were very helpful. Convenient location for the city center, Marina and The Deep aquarium. Recommend but close to A63 so some road noise

We were in Premier Inn last NYE due to house renovation... enjoyed it that much we decided to rebook this year... was a disappointing experience from the time of booking. Chose the pay when you attend option and the full payment was taken at time if booking, a very rude member of staff told me over the phone nothing they can do until the Monday, but refund would take 14 days.... then went last night to find out you now pay £7 for parking!!!!! The food was average, experience in general wasn't great. Will not be going again.

Hotel location was perfect for where we wanted to go. Staff were professional, friendly and generally just nice ladies. Room was lovely and warm. We slept like babies. Breakfast well worth staying for and the 3 hour window is a bonus. Plus check out isn’t till 12. It’s a win win hotel

Rooms are outdated and dirty. AC broken, causing the room to be freezing cold. Staff response: That's just the way it is... No keycard needed to access the elevator, meaning that everyone can go into the hotel which is very unsafe. Decided to give the restaurant a go one day for lunch, but was met with a sign saying that restaurant is closed..
