Heart of Hull Hotel

I stayed at the Heart of Hull Hotel with a few friends and we honestly loved it. The room was really clean, modern, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The jacuzzi was amazing and made the weekend feel like a proper treat. Everything felt really well looked after, and for what you get, the price was great too. It’s definitely a place I’d recommend if you’re looking for somewhere nice and affordable to stay in the city.

it was a lovely stay and very ideal as it is located in central of town name next to the train station. the rooms were nice and clean and love the self check in system. the price was reasonably cheap, and loved the sauna and jacuzzi facility, will definitely be back!!

I went with my family to go and visit hull fair with my family and the location was perfect walking distance from hotel to the fair. The rooms were great and very worth the money! Had a lovely 3 nights at the hotel and would definitely recommend Amazing experience

Booked the hotel as it was across the road from my place of work. No booking in just an email with the outer door code and the codes for the kitchen area and bedroom. No issues getting in and getting to the room. I was in room 5 which is a double bed with a small chair placed next to the bed. There is also an en-suite with a shower, wash basin and WC. Initial impressions were good the room looked nice and clean. However I was apparent that the tiled walls in the en-suite could do with a good clean as running a finger along the tile’s revealed a finger end of grey dust. Had issues with the TV no instructions how to log it into the WiFi. Not to be defeated I used my own dongle to watch the channels. One thing I like about a room is quite to get a good nights sleep. This was not to happen just after midnight police sirens followed by the screech of tyres out side the place slamming of doors and raised voices followed by the occupants being nicked but it protracted until assistance turned up. Managed to get to sleep then the heavy steps of a youngster who was in the room above this went on until 5 am every few minutes backwards and forwards. So I do up showered and had to go to deal with a family member who had been admitted to hospital. The kitchen area was used it was ok but was missing tea towels to dry the crockery and cutlery. The hotel states it supplies milk, I would question that as the milk in the door was out of gate and a carton of UHT milk which was opened not my type of good milk. Finally there is a Hot tub costs £20 per hour plus £10 for each additional person. Had a look but with work no time. The location while central is near to a not to desirable area. There is on street parking 2 hours free but not to return within 5 hours. There is the Anlaby Road station car park Across the road £6 a day starts at 00:01 hours to 23:59. So would I use it again not with the noise issues. It needs some tweaking a good deep clean Tiled walls) and the TVs need an instruction card.

Located right opposite the station and a 10 minute walk to the city centre this small hotel was perfect for our needs. It was spotlessly clean, the beds comfortable and the unmanned system of getting in the front door and the bedroom door by codes worked perfectly. Replies by the manager by text were very quick and efficient and we would definitely stay here again if visiting Hull
