Ocean Breeze Cottages

Recently stayed as a Group of 13 at these great cottages. Well set-up & everything was waiting for us on arrival. Unit is very clean & spacious. We took advantage of the meeting room as a gathering spot many times. BBQ area is also very handy. Highly recommend

We have just spent a week in this wonderful accommodation. It is accommodation for 2. There was everything you want in a unit, crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils. There were replacement of soaps etc in the cupboards. There was everything you could want - good hair dryer, iron and ironing board, good washing machine with a plentiful supply of soap, cleaning equipment, beach towels and spare bathroom towels. The unit we had No 8 had a wonderful view of Philip Island. It came with a car from Boori hire cars. This enabled us to go where we wanted. Up the road was the Boathouse and Bayles restaurant. We would recommend this as one of the best places to stay on the island, especially if you like this type of accommodation.

Spotless. Extremely comfortable bed, excellent quality linen, pillows, towels. Homely. Well equipped kitchen. Extras - picnic basket, picnic blanket, beach towels. Wonderful views, lovely garden setting

The units are comfortable, the views magnificent, and it made for a very restful and enjoyable holiday. A request to the owners to obtain a disability device was met promptly and efficiently. It certainly helped put us at ease, very much recommended.

Beautiful Bathroom, Kitchen and Lounge plus outdoor deck. It was in a perfect locality, private with spectacular view of the sea' There is a separate building that is communal with books to read and a Tennis court. Surrounded with beautiful shrubs.

Let’s just start with, if I could rate it 0 stars, I would. Came here as we booked though a travel agency and it’s safe to say I will NEVER return. The accommodation is so outdated and old, it needs gutting and refurbishment to say the very least. Mould and damp all over the curtains, as shown in the below photo. The attached pictures show how the housekeeping team operate and how they think it’s acceptable to leave a room. Might I add, I did not spill the coffee or tea which was on my pillowcase. When I approached the cleaners, NUMEROUS times, I was met with nothing but eye-rolling and scoffing, and leaving me feel like a burden, in a unit I had paid to be in. Do not waste your time or money coming here. It is abysmal and embarrassing. Without a doubt the worst experience I have had.
