Great parking, friendly reception and housekeeping staff, but the 'Plus' rooms fall short compared to other Premier Inn hotels. The room was small, with mould in the bathroom, missing mugs, and only one set of towels despite booking for two. It's the simple things that seem to be a challenge here. It just doesn’t feel value for money. My main advice: skip the breakfast and explore local options to avoid disappoin**ent. Beware if you have mould allergies. This building has windows that are not designed to open and the air circulation system is useless. Consequently the walls are have lots of condensation damp and the room smells. Very unhealthy. I tried to change rooms to one where you could open the window but was told that there were none and that the management knows that there are big problems with damp

Girlfriend was first to use the bathroom. Ended up calling out for me shothat I had to dispose of it went to reception to complain and they didn't seem interested in slightest. Then on first night sleep we wanted to use the spare pillows -they where covered in dust and smelt damp and mouldy

Lifts to all rooms, all accessible rooms at back of hotel no view at all just a little sky! Unhappy!

I have used Premier Inns around the UK many times, this occasion was to catch up with family so needed to be central to Public Transport with somewhere close by to eat at. The Beefeater was acceptable but the range of Drinks especially beer was poor. Food was adequate but somethings not available. The Hotel was quiet and the Air conditioning ventilation system kept the room at a comfortable temperature. Shower worked as expected.

I had a fault in my room I spoke to Scott at reception and he and his colleague a young lady sorted my problem out right away this man should be a manager because this knows how to treat people with respect and he is very diplomatic thank you Scott and colleague

£277 for 2 night stay and they still want another £10 to check in 30mins early We traveled 3hrs to get there and they wouldn’t even let us check in and pay so at 3pm I could have the key and go to our room. Guy at reception with bad eye is very arrogant so avoid if poss Put our stay off to a bad start Beefeater staff were good which made up for it

The hotel is just what you expect from a Premier Inn, clean, very comfortable bed, plenty of hot water and clean towels. Staff are helpful. HOWEVER stay away from the on-site Beefeater for breakfast. We opted for the continental option, Orange juice was not orange in colour or contents, just very sweet slightly lime coloured water, the berries were still frozen and the porridge potion filled two thirds of a dish the size do a tea cup. There must be better places to have breakfast.

Poor service. Bar closed at 21.30, no heating and noisy air conditioning, one towel for two people, very noisy room as near Coro door door banging all the time
