I stayed here for a business trip and Harrah's was not quite up to par. The rooms had some really banged up furniture. There is no microwave to heat up food and the minifridge froze all my medication and food.
The cigarette smell worked its way up to the 8th floor. The room itself was clean but the shared spaces werent.
I wont be staying here again. I didnt expect much, but i was thoroughly disappointed.

Great customer service at check-in, easy parking, clean and comfortable room. Great location for shopping and exploring other casinos and eateries. On a side note, the property does charge a resort fee of $29 per night and self park is an additional $20. I missed the fine print when booking. It was still a good deal but it's nice to know upfront what the actual cost of a night's dtay will be.

We stayed one night in this hotel. It's conveniently located in the Navada side of the Lake Tahoe and is easy walk to Heavenly.
The room is nice, we had a King bedroom, a very comfortable big soft that can be turned into a bed as well. Good for families to stay, and it has 2 bathrooms which is very unique!
The one issue I had was when we first checked in, I had issue connecting to the hotel Wi-Fi, so I called the number provided to me to talk to a tech person. The tech person was nice, however during the whole conversation, he was trying to convence me to pay extra to upgrade to a faster internet connection. He was saying that the standard one is very slow, so slow that you can't use FB, you can't use Youtube, even when you try to load email, it'll take awhile...... After I insisted to stay with the standard (which was included in the resort fee I paid), he made another phone call to the front desk and issue was fixed. After being connected, the internet has no issue with FB, youtube....I even attended a meeting on Zoom without any issue.
One last reminder, maybe is because of the pandemic, there's no more buffet in the hotel.

Elevators were very dirty and elevator areas disgusting. Furniture in the room was all scratched and dented.

The room was very clean but we wish they had at least done a partial housekeeping service during our stay. Also, the jacuzzi was not in service which would have been nice after skiing.

Overall this was a great stay. Check in and checkout was seamless and the facilities were clean. The only issue was with the amenities: The hot tub was srained and closed and the pool was supposed to be heated but wasn't.
