The Russet House

My husband and I stayed here for two nights , bonfire weekend,. The room was spacious very clean and the bed comfortable, . the room and shower room were also cleaned daily. The breakfast was excellent, with all you could ask for , and more offered, We were given a warm welcome by Vicky and her staff both seen and unseen were all friendly and efficient. We hope to stay again next year .

We stayed here in family room for one night as we went to a wedding at Pentney Abby Great location Lovely friendly helpful staff Easy parking Lovely hot water for shower Great drinks and biscuits in room Complimentary showergel in bathroom Good size room 1x double 2x single Great taxi service Lovely full English breakfast with lots of fruit , yogurt, cereal, juice , tea, coffee available Didn’t want for anything Bathroom could do with a lick of paint but still a Bargain at £90 highly recommend we would stay again x

Roni and I Go to King Lynn very regularly to see family but due to a very welcome new addition to the family there was no room at the inn. We looked at all the possibilities in Lynn and up popped this lovely looking place. It was a very good price with breakfast included. As Roni is disabled we have to be careful where we go, but the access was very good with plenty of free parking. My son and I popped round when we got to Lynn to drop off the bags and book in. We had a wonderful welcome and were shown to room 5, which was light, spotlessly clean with a character all of its own. After a lovely time out with family we returned and had a cup of tea from the very generously stocked tea bar, then off to bed. The bed was absolutely fine but I must say it was a little hard for us. Breakfast was outstanding, everything of a very high quality, piping hot with a very short waiting time to its arrival. While waiting tea and coffee arrived with toast and yet again a very generous selection of jams and so on. A very generous counter of fresh juices and cereals was also available. The whole theme of this B&B is generous, tea and coffee in the room, breakfast and welcome.So much so that we have booked in again for February. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

Excellent host, who cooked a very tasty breakfast with nice thick bacon. Wonderful extended Victorian house in a central spot, a few minutes walk from the town centre. Would definitely consider staying there again when visiting the area.

Beautiful house, excellent facilities, everthing you could want . Very comfortable beds. Extremely clean everywhere. Yummy, really hot breakkie. Viki the host, is just fabulous , she is such friendly, abliging, fun person and the most interesting gal l have met in a long time. My partner is Texa and totally enjoyed he whole experience just as l did. We will be back. Thank you Viki

Excellently hosted small hotel, good facilities and position for exploring on foot or by car, also not far from the railway station. Nice clean room and lovely breakfast. Good ambassador for King's Lynn with advice on attractions and food venues. We enjoyed ourselves and the weather was lovely.
