The heater screamed and the window wouldn’t close; a real opportunity to not sleep at all! The staff, while polite, were unhelpful. Finally got up and went to the front desk and asked for a refund and that I was leaving, they had nobody to help with that request until Monday…

Hotel was recently “renovated” (read: new paint)
New paint in room, paint smell still omnipresent
Furniture is pretty bad, meaning it is old, dirty and unusable (drawers falling when attempted to open!)
On the plus side, bed was comfortable, bathroom looked clean and service was ok

The half that was remolded was nice. They forgot to do showers stalls which were really old, dirty. Lots of stains on sheets. Had to change rooms when I checked in. Ladies at front desk were great though. Very nice ladies..

Hotel was clean, nothing fancy.
We had to ask for towels twice, our room was never cleaned and we had to take our own trash out. Plus the walls were so thin and we heard everything from the other guests.

Hotel was clean, beds were okay - not the most comfortable but they worked. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic but perfectly good for free breakfast. WiFi worked well. Truly no complaints

There was no conditioner in the shower. The place was nice and clean. The hotel staff was excellent and very friendly. I would stay there again.

This place was clean and quiet and I would stay here again. The “guest of the day” is a very nice touch. They put great effort into making it a good stay.

So happy to find this Hotel in Kingman. The breakfast was very nice. Finally a decent place in Kingman with a breakfast.
