Stayed here for one night and was sad to leave. The house is incredible and the little details really make all the difference. Room was spacious and decorated to the highest standards. Bed was so comfortable, haven’t slept like that in a long time. The host, Martin was really lovely and very attentive. Really relaxed environment. Breakfast was superb, the toast in a little hovis tin was a great touch. Will stay again for sure. Highly recommend

This is perhaps the best small hotel we have ever stayed in. Fantastic room, fabulous breakfast and Martin (one of the owners) could not have been more accommodating. It was also very interesting to read and chat about the renovations. If you're into DIY there are some very interesting photos.

I’ve just come back from a two night stay at the Belle Vue guest house and it was absolutely fantastic. Now I’m very fussy as I suffer with OCD and normally struggle staying away from home but I didn’t need to worry. The rooms are beautiful and very clean, also nothing is too much trouble. My only regret was that I didn’t book in for longer but I will definitely book to stay there again. If anyone is thinking of booking I would highly recommend this guest house

Literally cannot fault anything about this accommodation. Was welcomed with a warm smile and a friendly Martyn . He and his staff were extremely attentive and nothing was too much trouble for them. Breakfast was phenomenal - the range was incredible and all cooked to perfection. Rooms were spotlessly clean and everything smelt so lovely! Posh products to wash yourself with - all in all a very high-end experience! If you’re considering this accommodation - book it!!!!!

We stayed in the Nottingham room which was lovely and had lots of room and a large comfy bed. The en-suite was also a good size and had a wonderful rainfall shower. You could select your choice of breakfast the evening before by filling in a easy form. Rooms were made up daily and coffee, tea etc all topped up, you could also help yourself to milk from the fridge in the breakfast room which also had an honesty bar. All the breakfasts we had were really tasty and cooked to perfection. Car parking was never a problem with plenty of room for all guests and you also get a key to the main building to let yourself in if need be. Cannot fault this accommodation at all apart from having to go home after a lovely stay. We would love to stay again in the future.

Rooms are spacious and beautifully designed. Fantastic facilities. The bed was comfortable with luxury pillows. En-suite spotlessly clean with an amazing shower. The owner and his colleagues are welcoming and professional; the service is outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend staying here.

Very comfortable and clean. Helpful, welcoming host; friendly, thoughtful and kind. Delicious breakfast served with a smile. We had a long journey home back to Cornwall and he sent us off with filled up flasks and packets of biscuits. Very much appreciated. Delicious breakfast served with a smile. Lovely place.

Really lovely place to stay, really helpful and down to earth hosts and staff. Was clean and had all you can need. Would definitely stay again. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Bedrooms were spacious and clean. Well looked after and pleasure to stay at.
