Our hosts were friendly and helpful. Our accommodations were clean and comfortable. Walking distance to the boardwalk and beach. Fun collection of vintage video games for family fun. Pool was clean and quiet. Best place to stay in Colonial Beach!

We had a fantastic weekend getaway at the Colonial Beach Plaza B&B!! Misunn and Dave were the absolute best hosts, who made our stay so memorable, from beginning to end!! Thank you both for great convos (and other wonderful guests as well) deelish breakfasts and a very comfortable stay!! The location is perfect, close to everything, but just far enough away from the busy section!! The pool and other fun amenities were icing on the cake! We look forward to seeing you both again soon! This is our home away from home. We try to go and stay with Dave and Misunn at least 4 times a year and wish we could go more. We refer all of our friends and they all thank us and feel the same we do. It is such a wonderful place to stay. They are so wonderful and make you feel welcome the minute you arrive.❤️. We Love Going there and can’t wait to go back in early October.❤️

Delicious breakfast! Eggs with Me Su’s secret sauce. Host ( Me Sun) is friendly and keeps a clean, charming home. She has wine, beer coffee available at all times. Nice porch to sit and enjoy a good book or conversation. Just a half block to the beach. Tiny pool which I did not go in, but other guests seemed to enjoy. Walking to restaurants was enjoyable.

We needed to get away for our 31st Anniversary. We got the Honeymoon Suite. When we first arrived, we were greeted like family and given a tour of the house and grounds. We then had a great couple of days, and sadly we had to go back to the rat race. We will be coming back soon. We enjoyed the company and met new friends. Miss Unn and Dave were very gracious hosts.

David and Misunn are like family to me and they went above and beyond to make our time over Easter weekend and my mother's birthday weekend super special. It was the perfect meeting spot for a total of 12 of us sit back and relax! The Yuengling-themed game room was a favorite highlight for the group. The rooms were spacious and super comfortable, each thoughtfully crafted. The attention to detail does not go unnoticed. The location is super walkable to just about everything so we could take advantage of Colonial Beach as much as we could over a long weekend. We were able to walk to very good/reasonably price food and drinks at Ice House Brewery (beautiful sunsets) and at Los Hermanos Cantina. The town's Easter egg hunt was also a very festive activity for the weekend! Thanks for helping us make so many memories with our family. We'll be back again!

stayed here for a few days break and was so pleased we did as we was looked after so well, the room was perfect and nothing was too much trouble. we are booking again for my birthday get away this september

An impromptu getaway over Easter weekend was made very special by the comfort and warm hospitality of B&B hosts Missun and Dave. When I arrived Missun greeted me warmly, showed me to my room and offered me a welcome glass of wine. She also shared with me recommendations for several local restaurants as well as nearby attractions. Their inn is located on a quiet street within a block from the scenic sandy beach along the Potomac River. What a quaint and friendly town! Many restaurants and attractions are within a short walking distance. My quiet room on the first floor was spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. I had access to the kitchen including unlimited coffee, tea, water and the refrigerator if needed. The 80s themed game room with pinball and video games is a highlight. I also enjoyed two delicious breakfasts. I look forward to returning during warmer weather to enjoy the outdoor pool and grounds. I highly recommend The Colonial Beach Plaza B&B!

This is our favorite place to go for a close weekend getaway. We were there for Easter weekend and had a wonderful time even though the weather was too cold to go sit on the beach. We had a great time from the we walked through the front door and were greeted like family until the time we left. We are always treated like family. All of the rooms and suites have the most memorabilia and are clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and there are always candy and snacks plus a great game room. We can’t recommend this establishment enough.❤️
