My place is a family home close to Seatac Airport with easy access to Downtown Seattle (20 minute drive) and all the major freeways. You’ll love my place because of the ambiance, the neighborhood, and the outdoors space. My place is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets). Reminder that this is a well loved home and not a hotel :). This house is well insulated but located close to the airport. Newly installed Hottub and outdoor remodel. You are directly on the 18th hole of a golf course, enjoying drinks while sitting outside and watching a couple shots is one of my favorite activities at this home! About pets:Pets allowed: dogs (limit 1 total).About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:Parties must be accepted by request. There is an added charge for a party. We accept daytime parties: weddings, baby showers and birthday parties..About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 24.About events:Events allowed: family gatherings, birthday parties, weddings.Maximum event attendees: 30.

Nice house near downtown Seattle

50th bday weekend
Had a nice relaxing time with my family & friends. Hot tubbing, watching the airplanes come in. Nice kitchen and yard. Some of the comforters & curtains were stained but house was clean & cozy. Enjoyed myself.

Family trip
Great property for a variety of ages. The hot tub was a hit with our crew. The room options and layout of the house made for a wonderful family get together. Close to light rail that we used to visit Seattle waterfront and take in a baseball game.

Christmas vacation
Our stay was cozy and pretty comfortable. There definitely is airplane noise all hours but does settle down some while sleeping. If you’re a light sleeper I do recommend some kind of white noise machine. Otherwise, there was a nice view of the golf course and quiet neighborhood. It was a great location to easily get around to stores, gas and downtown.

Amazing Experience
The house is well organized, clean and near by the airport. The host is responsive at all times. I would stay at this property again.
