Bilit Rainforest Lodge

Questo resort ha un disperato bisogno di riparazioni. La nostra camera era semplice. Il rubinetto della doccia cadeva dal muro, il rubinetto sopra il lavabo era così lento che doveva essere tenuto per usarlo. L'asta della doccia era pericolosamente allentata. Il cibo era pessimo e appena tiepido anche se la frittata era buona. La nostra camera non era pulita. Tutte le ringhiere e le passerelle in legno del resort avevano un disperato bisogno di attenzione. Il resort aveva un'aria di abbandono. Il molo di atterraggio era mal costruito e avrebbe potuto facilmente causare un incidente. Il personale era gentile e ci siamo sentiti per loro che lavoravano in un posto così triste. Eravamo turbati dal fatto che il fiume avesse così tanti sacchetti di plastica e bottiglie che galleggiavano e attorno al bordo dell'acqua. Nessuno sforzo che abbiamo potuto vedere è stato fatto per correggere. Sicuramente non consiglierei questo resort e spero che venga riportato al suo standard originale prima che sia costretto a chiudere causando la perdita di posti di lavoro per il personale che è stato molto gentile.

Great rustic lodge to stay at while exploring the Binabatangan river. Our lodge was lovely large and on two levels. We had comfortable chairs on the balcony and a hammock to relax in. I would not say it’s the tidiest place we have stayed at as 2 new huts where being built while we were staying and the work man do leave their rubbish laying about. The food was good and the staff were friendly to us. Watch out for the local monkeys as they like stealing things !!! If you are looking for 5 star luxury this is not for you but if you are looking for rustic local authentic then you will love this place
