Hotel a Kimobetsu, Giappone

L'hotel è vecchio , la camera (3 letti +divano , ), la camera da letto sono vecchie . Puro però . Nessun servizio in camera anche dopo una chiamata , non è ancora successo. Doveva cambiare due bianchetti perché c'era tintura su di loro Personale sono gentile e amichevole ma personale corto. Non cibo grande e costoso, anche se cibo multiplo. Non si fidano di sci, ma grande risorsa per l'ultimo minuto o mancavano cose sci. Anche con tutte le questioni, se potessero almeno migliorare il servizio in camera, sarebbe stato 4.5-5 stella.

Japan is one of a very small number of countries where I consider hostel-style accommodations. The Grand Cabin Rusutsu did not disappoint. I stayed in their shared room, in the style of a simple capsule hotel, with shared bathrooms and other facilities (there are also 'private' rooms but I believe they all share the common facilities). The capsule is quite private, with your own individual blind, a light, one 110V and one USB (A) socket; see attached photo. Shared facilties are impeccably clean (no idea how they do that). Surprisingly, although I was in a room with 19 other people, everybody was extremely polite and considerate. Most of the time you barely heard that there were other people around. The staff is very nice and friendly. Shuttle goes 3 times in the morning to Rusutsu resort (8,9,10am) and back 3 times back (I always took the first one, at 4pm, not sure about the other times). The Lawson conbini 2 minutes away is super convenient for food etc. There is a restaurant on the first floor which is open to the public. This is the 'grill your own meat' style. I tried it once and it was OK. I was the oldest guest (by quite a margin) but I did not feel out of place. Had nice conversations with some of the others, about half from Asia (various countries) and the other half Westerners (Aussies, Canadians and a single American). Costwise, it is an enormous bargain compared to the Resort itself. In particular of course for solo travelers. If I come back to Rusutsu I will for sure stay there again!

La lobby è bellissima e la ciotola di riso di maiale selezionata dai 4 menu di Hokkaido è fantastica! !! Inoltre, il personale della sala da pranzo è molto cordiale e sono molto felice di parlare a bassa voce per i bambini. L'ambiente naturale visto dalla sala da pranzo è molto buono, penso che voglio tornarci in inverno. Penso che molte persone vivano nell'hotel, ma non credo che sia affollato perché lo spazio interno dell'hotel è molto ampio.

L'hotel è al di là delle nostre aspettative. Anche se la posizione non è come centro come il nome potrebbe suggerire, è solo un breve viaggio al centro. Il personale del Front Desk è utile. La stanza è pulita e decorata con la dovuta decorazione. Un riscaldatore d'acqua in una doccia è facile da lavorare con. Sockets USB sono abbondanti. Siamo sorpresi di vedere una cucina comune disponibile per gli ospiti dell'hotel. Pensavo che molte persone vorrebbero cucinare il proprio cibo durante la stagione di neve-più alto. Non sono sicuro del prezzo della stanza durante l'inverno, ma il prezzo che abbiamo ottenuto in autunno è molto ragionevole. Vorremmo rimanere qui ancora una volta per la prossima visita a Niseko.

Amore questo hotel dal momento in cui sono entrato, un ambiente magnifico, un grande servizio alla reception! La stanza è costosa per una persona, ma vale ogni penny. Non importa quanto tempo dura il soggiorno, una stanza è autorizzata ad un'unica volta l'uso gratuito di onsen privato (dopo che è pagato) per 45 minuti. Ci sono onsen pubblici liberi accanto a esso. Le classi Yoga sono disponibili per iscriversi a pagamento. Sci shop Rhythm e Afuri ramen sembrano grandi, ma non ho avuto la possibilità di visitare. Scorte di sci disponibili ma non pratiche per chi affitta, perché è necessario portare il pesante materiale indietro e fuori dalla base sciistica all'hotel (10min di cammino su montagna o prendere shuttle gratuito). L'hotel apt stile è ben attrezzato con frigorifero, microonde, immersione, lavatrice-siccatore, lavatrice. La colazione è grande! La toletta e la camera è spaziosa e il letto è buono. Tornerei!!! Le famiglie preferite sono quelle con interesse misto oltre a sci/snowboard.

La carne bovina principale di Haiti è la stessa di quella che mangiava nell'hotel Hilton nella nuova valle della neve l'autunno scorso.Nei pressi della montagna di Liu, questo piatto vale circa 10.000 yen.La colazione di autoassistenza è molto lontana. ③ Le grandi finestre e la temperatura dell'acqua calda della piscina pubblica sono state leggi il panorama del lago di Caverna.④ In inverno, è vicino alla nuova valle di neve e al giardino di residui (perche'il passaggio di Zhongshan inverno è terribile).Entrambi sono a metà della stagione dello sci, non si può soggiornare a questo prezzo. Miglioramento: ① Andare alla piscina pubblica, andare all'aperto una volta, la stanza di vestiti è molto fredda.Forse a causa del freddo, ma la notte della tempesta di neve, la biancheria è molto rigorosa.② Ci sono molti hotel caldi a Haiti, ma il ristorante può anche trascinare? Alcuni possono voler indossare un camicia, ma l'atmosfera per la cena è deludente.Non è possibile in questo tipo di hotel urbani.③ Come layout della stanza, i giapponesi potrebbero non aver abituato a una lavatrice davanti al letto. In particolare, abbiamo tre letti, quindi quando viviamo in inverno per diverse notti consecutive, è troppo piccolo perché il vestito di sci e il vestito sono molto piccoli. I had reservations for 2 rooms for a group of five for 3D2N on the 3rd week of December 2022. While the property is well kept and ground were impeccable, the check-in process is the worst experience I ever had in all my stays with the Marriott group of hotels since the 90s. It took an hour & 15 min to check-in, all because of some cultural pride of not finding the right people to do the job right from onset: at the drop off at the bellhop to billing at the frontdesk. The bellhop was a tall young Japanese lady who could not speak English at all. I was attempting to walk to the frontdesk as there were 2 coaches off loading guests simultaneously & I did not want to be caught with this large group of ten or more tourists. She refused not once but thrice with her out stretched arms to stop us from proceeding to the frontdesk with our luggage. Apparently, on highsight, she thought we were part of the other group & wanted to contain and corral our luggages. I gave up 😖 & regretfully let her & her co-workers take our 7 pieces of luggage. At the check-in, a young male bellhop assigned us to a senior looking male frontdesk staff who could not speak or understand English very well. It took him a while to get the paperwork done & when presenting the bill to be paid up full, it did not match the reservation booking which was a significant amount. It dragged on for another 20 min going back & forth with him. Using google translator helped a bit but again he could not reconcile the booking … I had to demand for our check-in to be handled by someone who could speak English but he refused & continue trying to communicate to me in his poor English. I had to raise my voice for help; kept asking him to let another senior member to assist us. Which caught some attention eventually. Fortunately, a young French lady who speaks Japanese & English, ironically was assigned to Japanese guests 🙄 came to our rescue. By this time, 45 min has elapsed, my family by then discovered our luggage has gone missing ! The silly bellhop tall Japanese lady who cannot speak English had grouped our bags with the larger group. She wanted to do her job well BUT did not understand there we were not part of the other group 😡 So silly way to run a simple hotel operation. Any attempts to ask any on the non-speaking Japanese staff to get an English speaking failed. It had to do with some silly cultural pride of not being competent to do their job that created this stubbornness and refusal to get an English speaking staff. Why 2-star rating instead of 1-star only because the English speaking French lady staff helped me to bring the billing attention to the duty manager who apologized for the delay & he resolved the billing issue eventually. Take note, I just stayed at The Westin Las Vegas a month ago in November & it took less than 5 min to check-in. What a stark contrast between this Westin Rusutsu & Westin Las Vegas. Do not recommend anyone to stay here - we were overcharged erroneously. Also the hotel is quite bad, more like a hostel but with hotel price. Also gave the below review to hotel (in person and over email) but they don’t even bother responding to me - they obviously don’t care about customer service or guests’ stay. Objectively, the hotel looks quite decent when we booked it on hotels.com but it was quite a terrible stay. Cons: - Do not book any ski services through the link the hotel provides. Hotel tried to charge us for ski lift passes which we didn’t know were booked. We made an enquiry for the lift passes but there was no payment page so we had assumed it’s not confirmed and separately booked it with the vendor. We received no emails which clearly said we had successfully booked and the at payment was due at the hotel. The emails on this service that the hotel sent were bundled up with other services which we had indeed paid for and bought. The hotel made the entire service very confusing and had led us to believe nothing was due and in the end they did not ask for our permission and charged me from the credit card used for security deposit for the room - something completely unrelated. - We were given a room that was already occupied at check in and was horrified to find out when we opened the door that it was already occupied. Check in process took 30 minutes total as a result, which is excessively long and slow and as a result we had missed the hotel shuttle bus to the city centre when we had told the staff we must make the bus in order to make our dinner booking - - We were given misleading information a few weeks prior to our arrival (by James, the manager, over email) on how it would be very easy to call a taxi when we arrived at Hirafu welcome centre if we missed the hotel shuttle bus. The manager, James, clearly told me this over email with the knowledge I’m arriving on Christmas Eve. When we arrived at the welcome centre, we were told all taxis are booked out for the Christmas period. This was something the hotel could have easily known / solved by suggesting we pre book a taxi in advance. - Despite the hotel knowing it’s a peak season (Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day), the hotel’s shuttle bus schedule is extremely impractical and it runs for only once an hour in the evening. It’s impossible to order a taxi during this period and to walk because it’s so cold but most people’s dinner reservations are either at 6 or 630 or 8/830. The shuttle bus times means it’s impractical to finish skiing and catch the shuttle bus and to come back to hotel, shower, change and catch next shuttle bus without leaving the ski resort 3 hours prior even though it’s only 5 minutes away by drive. I find it speechless why the hotel would only have one bus operating when it has 3 shuttle buses at its disposal. - - The night receptionist girl (she must be on a working holiday) and the staff generally (including the reservations manager, Ja

Nice stylish condo-styled hotel with full in room facilities (cooking, washing machines, dryer etc) which is really gd for long stay. Suites are big & spacious, awesomely clean & superd decor. Onsen is decent & gd for a quick dip but a little small if compared to noborebetsu ones. Ski area is outstanding with ample storage for ski gear. Truly ski in/ski out resort if u can ski wel as you can hit the slopes once you're all geared up. For beginner, u hv to carry your ski gear & walk down the slopes or walk indoor cutting thru the connected walkway to the main rusutsu hotel. Conclusion, will love to stay here again & for longer duration...😀

10月の連休に宿泊しました。 館内に入るとラウンジの目の前に羊蹄山が綺麗に見え圧巻です。 全18室の小規模な宿です。 客室は山の間と水の間の2タイプで、今回は水の間に宿泊。 ベッドルーム・リビング・畳の間に半露天風呂の温泉がありました。 印象としては広々としてクローゼットがたくさんあったのが良かったです。 ただ本館から一番離れた羊蹄山側の部屋だったので、低層だった分、部屋からの羊蹄山の景色は微妙でした。 露天風呂も2～3人は入れる広さで源泉掛け流し→贅沢です。 今回は食事にも感動しました。 2日ともダイニングではなく鉄板カウンターと和食（割烹カウンター）で食べましたが、この規模の旅館でカウンター２つあることにまず驚きです。 鉄板焼きも美味しく頂けましたが、和食はかなりレベルが高く都会でもなかなか出会えない食事を堪能できました。 強いて言えば、朝食の量が少ない（年配のお客が多いからかな？）印象です。 坐忘林・パークハイアットニセコ・リッツカールトンリザーブニセコとこの近辺は過去に泊まった事がありますが、このエリアでは一番好きな宿です。
