On Lake Time

Superb weekend! The condo was just what we needed and place was clean with all amenities! For a last minute change in our plans we were able to stay in Branson with our two boys for the weekend. Just a short 18 minute drive to SDC made the trip nice.

On Lake Time Such a cute condo with a great view of the lake and bridge. My kids loved going right down to the water from the condo. TJ was great with communication and was very quick to respond when we had an issue with the keypad. We would absolutely stay here again!

Anniversary Get-Away On Lake Time was a beautiful condo. The view off the back deck overlooks a large portion of the lake and the Kimberling suspension bridge. We took the time to watch the sunrise over the hills and enjoy the serenity of the lake. The condo itself is equipped nicely. The furniture and decor is updated and feels more like a luxury setting than an affordable condo. While we only used 1 bedroom on our trip, this is definitely a condo that would easily house our entire family of 4 with room to spare. We look forward to coming back with them. The condo is located only about 15 minutes from Dogwood Canyon, but I must mention to be prepared to invest about 1-hour round-trip drive time if you decide to visit Branson ***** or the Landing. For us, it was worth it. A few recommendations: if you are a coffee connoisseur, avoid Simply Baked. Ozark Coffee Co was "ok", but Zo's, on the Landing, is worth the trip if you're in that vicinity. The Old-Fashioned Dough Co is worth the drive for their cinnamon rolls, and if you love burgers, you MUST make the trip to Dana's Bar-B-Que... yes, it's their burgers you want! All in all, we felt right at home during our visit and would recommend this condo to family and friends who want a more serene setting, and don't mind that drive.

Lake View Wonderful and quiet. Great place to bring the family. Be careful not to speed in Kimberling City - cops are on point for speeding. We didn’t get pinched but I saw others get nailed. The property is great.

Great view! We had an amazing stay! We were on the water every day (used the Port of Kimberling across the street to launch our boat) and enjoyed the amenities at the condo at night. This owner has activities that cater to everyone during our stay. Will book again.

Girls getaway This cute and clean property was fantastic for our small group of friends. We enjoyed the view of the lake every morning while enjoying a cup of coffee on the patio. The access to the grocery store and restaurants was great for us as well.
