The location is close to the beach access and less than 1 miles from Wright memorial.
A lot of nice bar and restaurants in the area, some at walking distance, mostly located at 5-10 minutes drive.
Bill is a wonderful host and he has treated us very well, breakfasts were amazing, every day a different surprise.
Everything super clean, the B&B has been built in the ‘46, perfectly maintained, porch and garden in the backyard amazing! Warmly recommended

Bill and Veda were lovely. They communicated before and welcomed us on arrival. Breakfast was amazing with great company. Our room #6 was perfect for our getaway.

Just finished spending a week at the Cypress House Inn. We’ve been coming for the past 12 years and have only missed a few years. It’s a beautiful historic inn with the best innkeepers we’ve ever met. The rooms are comfortable and it’s right across from a public beach access. Enjoy a morning walk on the beach followed by an amazing breakfast. Don’t oversleep the food and conversation around the breakfast table is unmatched. This place is our favorite spot in the OBX. Bill and Veda provide recommendations for activities and restaurants. You won’t regret your stay.

This is our favorite place to stay in the outer banks by far!! Bill and Veda, the owners, are wonderful people and hosts. Breakfast on the porch is great! The loft is perfect for our family of four with our own crows nest over looking the ocean. Going to the beach right across the street is easy as they provide chairs and umbrellas.

Right acroos the road from the Atlantic! location is great. The Hosts of this B&B Veda and Bill were gracious and interesting. The breakfast provided was excellent and made a great start to the day. The room we had was dated and the Bathroom was needed help, but everything was clean--spotless. the Bed was firm and pillows were "real". They are in the process of renovating, and I am sure it will continue to be a gem-Highly recommended!

I absolutely loved staying at the Cypress House Inn. Bill and Veda were amazing hosts who provided my son and I with amazing breakfast and fellowship. They also gave great advice on things to do daily with valuable local information and tips. The room was clean, cozy, and huge. The bed are very large and very comfortable. The Inn is very close to local attractions and directly across from a beach access. I highly recommend the Cypress House Inn.

Cypress House Inn was welcoming and a pleasant experience from check in to check out. The breakfast was amazing. Very nice decor throughout the home and a very clean appearance. I definitely recommend staying here over anywhere else in the area. Such friendly owners and staff. We will be back again.

Having never stayed at a bed and breakfast, I wasn't sure what to expect. I can honestly say that this place was nothing short of amazing! The spacious rooms, comfortable beds, amazing breakfasts and a walk across the street to the beach; made our stay fantastic! Bill and Veda are the best hosts with local information and pleasant conversation. I highly recommend this place if you are visiting Kill Devil Hills!
