Our purpose is to create clean beach homes families love! By listening to guests we have created a familiar, clean & consistent vacation rental home experience. To confirm your stay as availability does go quick :) Housekeeping, Maintenance, Inspection & Cleaning Notes: We believe a very clean & functional home is of the utmost importance for our guests upon arrival. Between each guest stay our beach homes are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized & inspected. All of our in-house housekeepers are trained in our proprietary ‘Sparkling Clean’ cleaning process and as of 2025 every beach house contains at least one floor-cleaning Robot on-site. Our staff also includes a full-time licensed Builder, so if an unlikely maintenance issue does occur, you can feel confident it will be fixed fast! As further commitment to delivering an exceptional stay a ‘Quality Assurance Inspection’ occurs prior to arrival. Pet Friendly Guidelines: We love dogs and are happy to have your four-legged family members join you. Due to additional detailed cleaning required following a pet stay we do request a fee of $25 per night. Please note: • One dog max • Some breeds may not be permitted due to insurance restrictions • This fee does not include excessive pet hair removal, stain removal on fabrics or droppings pick-up Guest access Guests have access to the entire home and property. For those, that enjoy clean laundry, like us, we have a washer + dryer set up in it's own laundry room. Other things to note: Check-Out Expectations: We invest a lot of time, money and effort to deliver exceptional stays for our guests. If deliberate damage, disrespect or lack of basic cleanliness is identified during the check-out inspection process, the guest of record will be charged to compensate needed cleaning and ensure the property is ready for incoming guests.
