There is also a brand new washer/dryer in the unit. In the living room, you'll enjoy the brand new 55” flat screen tv, dvd/ blue ray player, and cable tv. The comfortable new couch folds out to a queen size bed with a memory foam topper. The over-sized ground floor private lanai has a table, umbrella, and 4 chairs so you can enjoy your morning coffee, have meals, or enjoy a mai tai. The master bedroom has a comfortable queen sized bed with a new memory foam topper, new bedding, a tv, a large dresser, nightstands, a ceiling fan, and large closet. The completely remodeled bathroom has a walk in shower, granite counters, medicine cabinet, a removable shower head, new towels, and a hair blow dryer. Don't worry about beach gear! We have brand new Tommy Bahama chairs, an umbrella, an ice chest, a new boogie board, and sand toys. There is also a portable playpen, if needed. We also provide complimentary wifi. There is air conditioning throughout the unit to keep you nice and cool. You'll love being able to just grab your beach gear and head out across the street to beautiful Charley Young Beach.
