Victory Villa Apartment Hotel

I wouldn’t recommend this villa to my worst enemy. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that professionalism and basic customer service do not exist here. The staff were rude, dismissive, and completely incompetent. Every request was met with an attitude, as if I was inconveniencing them by simply expecting what I paid for. The villa itself? A joke. Dirty, poorly maintained, and nothing like the pictures. It felt like they spent more time editing photos than actually taking care of the place. But the absolute worst part? They tried to keep my deposit. Yes, after an already miserable stay, they pulled some shady nonsense to avoid refunding me. No explanation, no valid reason—just straight-up theft. I had to argue, threaten legal action, and waste more of my time just to get what was rightfully mine. The manager and the reception team??? Don’t get me started with them. They had to change my apartment to a lower level apartment claiming they were going to do maintenance (painting) only for them to sell it to other people. There’s no respect for other clients. If you need quiet, don’t bother coming here, there’s no noise policy. On my last night I couldn’t sleep at all. Music blasting from different angles of the apartments ughhhhh This place is a scam. The management is unprofessional, the service is disgraceful, and the entire experience was a nightmare. DO NOT STAY HERE. There are plenty of better options—literally anywhere else would be better than this dump.
