I have spent 5 nights there in different rooms. Panorama top floor rooms are not worth its price. The only nice thing in this hotel is nice view from restaurant. However breakfast was not so good. Location of this hotel and quite attractive price as well.

If you want to reach anywhere in Kyiv easily, this hotel is the perfect choice. But, the rooms are old, and noisy. If you visit Kyiv in winter, rooms might be a bit chilly. Room service staff is friendly. Reception people are ok.

Everything in the hotel is very old and broken. No tv broadcast. No internet in the room. Very very dirty carpets and walls. I cant even find right words to describe rude reception staff. And there is 1-2 guy sitting in the right of the main enterance during entire night and day. They are looking at you in a bad way when you in and out. That makes you feel very uncomfortable. Plus that case, Heavy armed Polices came to the hotel 2 days of 3. I dont even know what their bussiness are, except disturbing entering guests. I really dont understand what problem was in this hotel. I dont suggest to anyone.

A short stay... it was nice but the hotel's room need renovation and provide coffeemaker in room. The hotel has a good location on the famous street in Kiev.

This is a great place to stay. The front desk staff are amazingly tolerant of tourist questions and happy to answer all of them. The location is at the foot of the Main Street and near a fabulous park and exhibition space.

Had a nice stay here. Its a bit old but the staff was very nice and it has the perfect location

Staff are great and helpful. Internet connection is sporadic and inconsistent which is not ideal. Each visit, fewer and fewer facilities are open. (No ground floor cafe, toilet)

Simple old Soviet hotel stayed in twin room, everything comfortable but mattress a bit worn, but for what I paid was reasonable

This hotel is ok. It cheap on some dates and offer breakfast. But it is Not a 4 star hotel as They show on *********. The first room They gave us we ask them to change right away. Big dirty spots on the carpet next to the bed. The second room was better but still dirty carpet. This hotel really need a big make over before it come close to 4 star. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is nice and friend staff. So the staff is 4 star. But the hotel is not. Big make over needed. I have stayed on other 4 star hotels nearby in Kiev and they where all much more clean. The right evaluation should be 2,5 - 3 star.
