I had a fantastic stay at Sky Loft Hotel Kyiv by Rixwell! The location is perfect - right in the city center, close to everything. The rooms are modern, spacious, and offer stunning city views. The beds are super comfy, and I slept like a baby. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, always making sure guests feel welcome. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices. Overall, a stylish, comfortable, and well-located hotel with great service. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Stayed here for a while. Hotel is very nice, cozy, clean. Rooms are very nice. Nothing bad to say about staff/room cleaners. But there is two things that gets annoying if you're staying there for a while. First of all - drunk customers or even not customers who, for example, are laying with their head in their breakfast plate and no one is trying to get them out. Or sleeping, clearly not smelling well costumers/not costumers in the lobby. And no one does nothing about it. Okey, you can understand if you see people like this sometimes, but if it's regularly like every weekend.. it starts to get annoying and makes you want to change hotel. Second thing - restaurant. I understand that I have pre-paid lunch, dinner and I eat there every day, but after a while unprofessional attitude from some of the waiters starts to annoy. Like restaurant is empty, and the stuff is just standing there doing nothing and you still have to wait for the drinks for 5-10 minutes. And regularly some things are forgotten even if you asked for them. However in a good way stands out evening waiters Anastasiia and Anya. They are always polite, professional and nice. I can understand that things happen but if you have daily inconveniences it ruins all the good things about hotel.

Everything good, especially location. However, very slow and bugging Smart TV, and toothbrushing set/hotel slippers were not placed. Reception brought them freely by request. We broke one of champagne glasses and dealt with that while checking out. Reception worked out really well!

Sky Loft is very good bang for your buck. Rooms are on the spaceous side and modern. Location is not great but ok. Breakfast is ok. The staff is friendly and great! On saturdays the lobby is filled with noisy partying youth, but on other days everything is smooth.

If you are traveling for business the hotel is located in a good position of Kiev, technically in the center. The rooms have a fantastic view and are very cleaned. Each room is equipped with everything that you need. I saw as well the hotel offer a variety of services for the customer for examples various spa treatments. Very happy 😀

I love this hotel and people there most of all in Kyiv 🫶 Location, service, food, rooms… I like everything there! Giliver mall is so close where You can find everything You need for life. Too comfortable ☺️

Bigger rooms as average in big cities and very comfy beds. Didn’t try the restaurant or the gym because I stayed only 1 night, but breakfast was good and sorted well. The chairs are so close that you can hardly walk to the buffet, that’s not so nice. For a city hotel it was also relatively quiet, so not much noise coming into the room -that’s great :)

Great stay overall. All staff made one feel welcome. Room was impeccably clean bed was comfy. Only improvement is perhaps putting more food on the menu. Even Ukrainian food .Otherwise. A perfect stay!
