Viaggio spesso per lavoro e soggiorno in hotel di alta qualità. Sfortunatamente, all'Hyatt di Kiev, ho visto qualcosa che un cliente non si aspetta di vedere non solo in un hotel 5 *, ma anche in qualsiasi hotel che non si consideri un bug (in senso letterale). Nel bagno mi aspettava un cadavere di scarafaggio nella doccia, che, come si può’ immaginare, ha causato quasi conati di vomito. Ma il colpo ”finale” era un insetto rinsecchito che è caduto dalla vestaglia appesa in bagno. Non so come questo possa essere stato permesso e cosa stia facendo l'hotel per combattere gli insetti, ma dopo quello che ho visto, non vorrò più stare in questo hotel o in altri hotel della catena Hyatt per molto tempo. К сожалению в Хайятте в Киеве я увидел такое, чего клиент не ожидает увидеть не только в 5*, но и в любом отеле, который не считает себя клоповником (в прямом смысле). В ванной меня ждал труп таракана на полу, что, сами можете представить, вызвало практически рвотные рефлексы. Но «контрольным» выстрелом оказалась дохлая моль, выпавшая из заботливо сложенного халата. Я не знаю, как такое возможно было допустить и что отель предпринимает для борьбы с насекомыми, но после увиденного я долго ещё не захочу останавливаться ни в этом отеле, ни в других отелях сети Хайятт.

Uno dei 5 migliori hotel che ho mai avuto. Migliore delle esperienze che ho avuto a Ritz, Fairmont, Taj, Four Seasons, ecc. Il personale è assolutamente incredibile. Dopo 10 giorni lì, mi sentivo come se lasciassi la famiglia. Le camere sono spaziose e moderne. Il doccia è il migliore che abbia mai visto in Europa. La custodia delle case era infettiva. Il cibo è sorprendente. Non ci sono state interruzioni con la forza, l'acqua, ecc. E tutto questo mentre il paese sta combattendo un'invasione. Ben fatto ai miei nuovi amici a 11 Mirrors.

Sono rimasto qui per 4 giorni e in generale è un grande hotel. Il suo uno dei principali hotel di lusso a Kyiv. Il personale è stato amichevole e utile. Un telefonista viene a prendere le vostre valigie nella vostra stanza. La Spa e la piscina erano al massimo. Tuttavia, questo è probabilmente l'unico hotel 5 stelle che ho mai fatto a questo non ha mai su di ferro in ogni stanza. Ho dovuto chiamare il servizio in camera e mi hanno detto che c'era solo un ferro in tutto l'hotel - e questo è stato perso. Il bar al tetto è grande. Bella vista, aspettative molto amiche. Abbiamo viaggiato in febbraio e in questi mesi abbiamo visto che la denuncia più importante è stata ”le camere fredde e la doccia fredda”, in tutti gli hotel a Kiev, e in particolare quelli più economici. E non abbiamo aperto il condizionamento, e il riscaldamento del tipo muro ci ha fatto abbastanza o non abbiamo dormito, e per quanto riguarda la sua posizione, è al punto più funzionale di Podil, al centro di tutto. Sono felice che siamo rimasti qui perche' siamo riusciti a tornare al nostro hotel ogni volta che abbiamo bisogno di qualcosa. Chi mangia fuori di notte, qualunque sia la dose di alcol, 200-250 metri dopo, potrebbe trovarsi nelle loro stanze. Non era un problema molto grande se non c'era l'ascensore. Hanno detto che era nella sua stanza al terzo piano, siamo usciti due scale. Infine, le stanze erano pulite, e perche' sono una persona che deve sempre stare in alberghi, potete essere troppo sensibili a questo tipo di cose dopo un po'. Non ho avuto la minima denuncia in questo hotel. Propongo agli arrivati dall'aeroporto di Boryspil di venire qui con Tren+UBER, Skybus+UBER, Metro+UBER le vostre opzioni. Ma sono un fan di mele direttamente con UBER. Non ci credo che il vostro costo aumenti molto.

Un hotel ristrutturato situato in piazza Pochtovaya, a pochi passi dalla stazione della metropolitana. Il ristorante all'ultimo piano è buono e ci sono molte opzioni per mangiare nei dintorni. L'unico inconveniente è che c'è un po' di ritardo nel check-in, ma queste sono cose banali.
