Enjoy this spacious 2nd floor villa with a large bedroom and a bonus room that can be used as a second bedroom or work space. Expansive dining area windows offer views of the lagoon and live oaks. Kitchen is fully equipped with new stainless appliances; bathroom is tastefully updated. Beach chairs and umbrellas are provided. WiFi and flat screen smart TVs throughout. Expansive bedroom and living area invite you to relax after a day on the beach, tennis court or golf course. The villa has 2 parking spaces.
One pet under 35 pounds is welcome in the villa. A $75 non-refundable pet deposit is required. We request when the pet is left unattended in the villa they be kept in a crate.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 50 lbs per pet (limit one pet total).About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:Island quiet time is 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM.One pet under 35 pounds is welcome with a $75 non-refundable pet deposit.
