This is the main living area and it acts as a wonderful entertaining/gathering space, with floor-to-ceiling/wall-to-wall windows topped with transoms, allowing an abundance of natural light and stunning ocean views. The large open kitchen features custom cabinetry with granite countertops and backsplash and a center island/breakfast bar - open to the great room and dining room with a pass through to kitchen. This floor offers access to a full rear porch, the perfect place for entertaining or simply sitting back and enjoying cool ocean breezes.
