Hotel in zona Kedar Kripa Ashram, Khargone

La posizione della proprietà è solo incredibile e incredibile.Il signor Anand Mahur sulla ricezione e il signor Devendra Sir sono persone molto gentili e pronti a ascoltarvi e aiutarvi.Ma ciò che ci sembra è che sia bisogno di buon team che di personale sufficiente per una migliore gestione e servizi adeguati ai clienti. La pulizia deve essere migliorata. E i servizi di ristorante hanno bisogno di un miglioramento generale. Forniscono servizi molto poveri con personale molto insufficiente e non qualificato. Durante il nostro colazione mattina solo una persona cercava di offrire servizi a tutti i 30 ospiti. Il signor Anand cercava di soddisfare le esigenze del cliente quando qualcuno come me lo incontrava durante il colazione e gli chiedeva di risolvere la questione.Grazie alla sua generosità. È stato fornito un colazione con poche opzioni. La qualità e il test di Poha non erano buoni.Ha bisogno di molti miglioramenti nei servizi di ristorante. Tranne il cibo in generale, altre esperienze sono buone. Tutti gli altri dipendenti sono cooperativi e gentili in natura.

Hotel Raj Palace was a great base for our adventures in Maheshwar. The room was comfortable and clean, although a bit small, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Sagar and his family added a personal touch, making us feel really at home, with information about the town and the local area, and assistance as needed. All in all we felt comfortable and well looked after. I recommend a balcony room, overlooking the Narmada River and Raja Rajeshwar Temple. Maheshwar has a lot to offer, being reminiscent of India of old. We explored the whole town on foot, met some very lovely people and could have stayed longer than the 12 days we booked.

Very clean and neat place right in the fort and walking distance to most temples/ghats in maheshwar. While there is no restaurant on premises, they recommend a very good restaurant (labbooz) for lunch and a homely banke bihari for dinner (the dal bafla there is highlight. It may be noted that getting to all their rooms involve climbing steps.

The place is right on the main road close to all the visiting spots. Our check in was smooth and the suite had big rooms but were not very clean. The bed sheet had stains on them, however on informing the staff they changed it. The blanket also provided in a double room was for a single person but the staff provided additional blankets on request. The food was good in taste, however the manager needs to have a customer centric focus which was missing. He charged us ₹500 to switch on the airconditioner while having our lunch since the restaurant does not have any air-conditioning.

It's very nice experience to stay at here, very clean room and location is best and staff is also good.

Situato in un luogo tranquillo vicino al mercato Handlooms. Solo più punto di hotel sono le sale, che sono abbastanza spaziose e ben attrezzate. Barring che quasi tutto è negativo. 1) Hotel con 4 piani con scala circolare e senza ascensore . Non adatto per i cittadini senior e le persone malate. 2) Un ristorante per nome, che non è operativo. Anche per il tè mattina , è necessario spostarsi utilizzando quelle scala circolare. 3) La persona del servizio frontale alla reception richiede molto ma non sono disponibili per la maggior parte del tempo . Il servizio dell'hotel è inferiore alla media.

La struttura è molto attraente, l'atmosfera è molto vicina, il personale è molto attraente. Era pulito, elegante, accogliente con un servizio eccellente dove abbiamo cenato. La cena era buona e il grande valore per soldi e servizio era attento ed efficiente. La stanza stessa era ben attrezzata e confortevole. Ero molto contento del mio soggiorno. Spero di essere di nuovo per una visita più lunga in futuro.
