In three years of traveling, this has been the most unpleasant and rude experience I’ve had with an owner. From the moment we walked in, we were met with smirks and an unwelcoming attitude. The reason? We brought our own water. A harmless and simple act seemed to provoke unnecessary hostility from the owner. Instead of a warm, inviting atmosphere, we were made to feel like a burden for even being there.It became clear that this establishment operates on a principle: the more money you spend, the more respect you’ll receive. This approach was both disappointing and disheartening, especially for someone like me who enjoys supporting businesses. Rules are understandable, but there’s no excuse for treating customers with such blatant disregard and disrespect. The owner’s behavior made us feel insignificant, like we didn’t matter at all. A dining experience should be about more than just the food—it should also include hospitality and respect, both of which were sorely lacking here. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who values being treated with basic decency. If you want to feel unwelcome and insignificant, this is the place to visit.
