"My stay at the hotel was below expectations considering its price. The room cleaning policy is inflexible; cleaning is limited to only two times a day (morning and evening), and you must call ahead to schedule a cleaning appointment. There is only one elevator serving guests, and the waiting time is very long for a hotel of this size. The room key also frequently needs to be reactivated. The suite lighting is poor and impractical; there are many light switches, but only a few work, making them confusing to use. The bathrooms also suffer from poor drainage, with water pooling on the floors and taking a long time to dry. The quality of the wooden (parquet) flooring is mediocre, and the furniture is old, worn, and in need of renovation. When I requested a crib for an infant, the hotel stated that it was unavailable, while an extra bed was available for an additional 100 riyals per night. Finally, I find the price high compared to the level of services and facilities. A two-bedroom suite with a living room and bathroom costs 650 riyals per night, and the price increases with renovations, which is not commensurate with the quality of the accommodation provided."
