Horrible customer service, staff is very unhelpful, they have no idea how to treat guests. Employees actually make you first wait for them to finish while they are on phone texting. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else, unless you like being treated poorly by staff.

Scariest night ever!!! Staff was good but the vibes weren’t. Felt very uncomfortable the moment we entered in our respective rooms. It was very unsafe and negative vibes can be felt by each one of us. It was a two day stay but we canceled the second day as the first night experience was terrible.

The hotel is approx 8 minutes walking distance from Khajjiar Valley. Location is awesome. Dhauladhar range view from balcony was amazing. Bathroom was clean. Food quality was okay. They had served our order to another room. They have lack of sincerity. We saw indifferent when they served breakfast in dining hall. Overall experience is okay.

Pros: location is quite close to khajjiar park. room was big. food was ok Cons: Worst when it comes to hygiene, the Bin of the room was not cleared after visit of last guest Linens were stained. the electric kettle had deposits at the base approach road to resort is too bumpy in short, i will not recommend this hotel.
