Beyond the porch is the patio featuring three separate seating areas - Adirondack chairs and table, chaise loungers and table. 1 double seat KAYAK too! 1 Double seat Sit On Top style ***(Renters using kayaks agree to the following: 1) Recognize that there are certain inherent risk associated with using kayaks and assume full responsibility for personal injury to themselves or others and further dismiss the Homeowner and Property Manager for injury, loss or damage arising out of the kayak's use. 2) Renter is responsible for any damages to kayaks and cost to replace, if stolen, including kayak paddles. *** For those wanting to fish or boat you have 37 feet total of deep water dockage so bring your boat or rent one locally and dock at the house. At the ready are hoses, electric, fish cleaning table and lighting. Just bring your toothbrush as this home is fully stocked with amenities! Love to cook? We had a wonderful stay at Keeper Cottage. It has everything you need. We were happy to not have to haul beach chairs and other things from VA. We loved having the washer and dryer and a full kitchen so we didn’t have to eat out all the time. Key Colony Beach is a great place to stay. We even took the kayak out one evening and brought our rental boat over to drop people off and pick up some other things. Marathon is a nice central location in the keys to visit Key West and everything in between. Hope to come back sometime.

Cute cottage - great for families this was the perfect size location for our family. 3 bedrooms with 2 baths. Close to everything in Marathon and loved the use of the Cabana club. Kitchen well stocked and the outdoor space was amazing! Very relaxing.

A nice escape from winter in Key Colony Beach The Keeper Cottage is in a great location. It was clean, nicely laid out, and well supplied. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai and being able to use the dock. We also appreciated having access to the Cabana Club. We did make the recommendation before we left that the main king mattress and the beach chairs be replaced.

Restful Retreat This property was perfect for our family of five! Check-in process was easy and straight forward. The house was clean with many indoor and outdoor spaces to relax in. The back yard was nice and private with a lovely view.

Great Stay Property was clean, well cared for and in a great location. Nice quiet area with pool and beach access (as much “beach” as you find in the keys). Manager was responsive to questions and helped when we needed a package delivered to the property. Our group of five enjoyed our stay very much and it was nice that everyone had the option to hang out in their rooms, watch TV/movies or relax by the water. Highly recommend!

Screened in Porch is Perfect! Great location on the canal. Easy access to Vaca Cut and Ocean. Super clean, comfy beds, and equipped kitchen! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Retirement Get Away! We stayed two weeks at the Keeper Cottage. The weather was absolutely wonderful! We ate breakfast and dinner every day on the screened in porch. Having easy access to the boat made it worth traveling from North Carolina. It was a perfect way to celebrate 42 years working and retiring. We will definitely book again!
