We visited to take part in the 2 burgers for £20 promotion. Hospitality and food were first class. There are offers each night including pie night, curry night and fish night. Open Weds to Sunday for food. There are also light bites available 12-5pm. Can highly recommend

Perfect sunday roast. Food was cooked and presented lovely, home-cooked vibes. Love this pub for drinks too. Friendly staff and great location for after our walks. Small Sunday roast for £8.50 and was good portion so Id say value for your money. Highly recommended. Tim & Mala

Certainly 5 stars for location because I live in the village (!) and delighted to say that Ann has made a huge difference. Warm welcome, good beer and a busy feel. Combined with well cooked, honest dishes it's a real pleasure to eat there - and sensible prices makes it an easy choice for a chilled evening with friends. Good pub menu, cooked with care and a personal service. It feels like a proper local again - long may it last!

Lovely room and very friendly staff, breakfast English was awesome. The pub was busy, lovely local beers and good choice of wines. Didn’t eat in the restaurant, but the dining room was busy and the food looked and smelled wonderful. A great stay and highly recommended.

Had a lovely meal tonight at our local pub, the Fox in Wilbarston. The staff are very friendly, and everyone receives a warm welcome. It was very good value and the food was really nice. A good choice of meals so there was something to suite everyone's tastes.

Now under new management, what a different feel the whole place now has. Welcoming, warm and relaxed. The menu is reasonably priced and the standard of the food is excellent. The rich beef lasagne followed by pineapple carrot cake are my personal recommendations.

Sunday lunch is always good but Mother's Day menu was that little bit extra King prawns with mango and cucumber ribbons was a real winner,as was the pork loin with garlic and rosemary and the coq au vin .All served with potatoes veg and the most amazing yorkie (not individual ones but a huge one to share).We shared a homemade lemon tart which was equally as good. Well done The Fox

Hired a cottage for a family wedding as the fox was booked up. The service we all received from Paul Sally and Gunner was second to none,the bar was well stocked the food is top notch could not fault anything. We will be returning for new year, brilliant local pub if you live in the village or surrounding area.

One of the friendliest pubs I've visited people really friendly especially Paul Sally and Gunner. Food is top notch menu is great nothing is too much trouble. Located in a beautiful area a .ust if you are in the area.
