Luxury townhouse with Baldy Views, walk to town/River Run Lodge

Annual Family Trip We had a wonderful stay at this property in Ketchum! The home was exactly as described in the listing clean, comfortable, and well equipped. One of the highlights for our family was having a couple of bikes available in the garage, which made it easy to explore the nearby bike trails. The location is ideal, nestled in a quiet neighborhood, yet just a short walk to downtown and close to great hiking opportunities.Rose was extremely responsive and helpful with any questions we had, which made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property to others, and we’re already hoping to return next year if the dates are available!

Great location and spacious Perfect location which is walking distance to town and the River Run Lodge. Safe area and quiet, house is a good size. Garage is perfect for storing ski equipment and parking on site is adequate. Rose was responsive to a minor issue and was helpful in remedying it (turns out I could have just read the instructions a bit closer but was having too much fun to do so!). Beds were comfy and adequate for 6 people. We spent the majority of our time in town, skiing, and watching the World Cup races. If you plan on staying at home in the condo (which is silly because you need to be outdoors enjoying nature), the balcony is a bit smaller and can accommodate 3ish people comfortably. Bar seating for 2 in the kitchen. Kitchen table can fit all 6 people. Washer and dryer on site is perfect and the master walk in closet was super convenient. It only needs a hot tub!
