Hotel in zona Wallfahrtskirche St. Maria Namen, Kerns

We found this to be a nice hotel and good value for the time of year. The hotel itself is very historical, and served as a hotel for hundreds of years, establishing as a place for religious pilgrims to go. The patron saint of Switzerland is buried at the church next-door. The hotel isn't fancy, and you do self-check in. It worked pretty well, and folks at the bar/restaurant will help if you are stuck - people working at the hotel are friendly and helpful. There is a decent elevator (which is not a given in Europe) and the included breakfast is reasonable. We had a junior suite for our party of 3, and it was basic but nicely appointed. Only problem is that the pull out couch was super uncomfortable, so my daughter just slept on it as a couch. There is no air conditioning, which isn't a problem most of the time, I'm sure. We had dinner at the restaurant downstairs one night and it was fantastic! Both food and service were outstanding, and a great find in a small town like Sachseln. We liked basing in Sachseln - all of the charm of Lucerne without the crowds and high prices, and close to places like Interlaken, Lauterbrunnen, and Grindlewald. One more warning: the church next door has bells ringing a lot. Our junior suite didn't have a lake view and I am glad because lake view would have been directly by the church so the bells would have been louder!

Purtroppo abbiamo soggiornato in questo Hotel con l'illusione di un 4 stelle. Siamo arrivati di domenica per una notte. Preciso che il costo della camera era prezzo pieno CHR 197 per due persone con colazione. Purtroppo lunedì mattina ci siamo risvegliati alle 7:00 con il frastuono dei macchinari che erano in funzione nel cantiere adiacente alle camere con terrazza lato campo di calcio! Non ci avevano avvisati e non ci hanno proposto la camera con un prezzo di favore (che comunque non avremmo accettato), in quanto Loro sono a conoscenza del disagio che crea in settimana il cantiere a poche decine di metri dalle camere. Al momento del check out abbiamo fatto la nostra segnalazione-reclamo al ricezionista, il quale ha detto di essere a conoscenza dell'inconveniente ma che non poteva ridurre il costo della camera, ci ha condonato il parcheggio. Noi al nostro ritorno abbiamo comunque interpellato sia l'Hotel tramite la piattaforma con cui avevamo riservato la camera ma sono stati molto intransigenti, hanno risposto che non concedevano il rimborso come avevamo chiesto di un 50% del costo della camera. Abbiamo interpellato pure l'ente del turismo segnalando quanto avviene in quest'hotel! Ci sembra veramente scorretto sia per noi sia peri i futuri avventori. Abbiamo scritto Loro dicendo che prima di fare delle brutte recensioni desideravamo far sapere loro del problema che creano alla clientela ma nulla! Dunque scegliete un altro Hotel

Avevamo prenotato 2 notti e siamo arrivati ​​la sera. La funivia e la ferrovia a cremagliera terminano proprio davanti alla reception. La colazione è un buffet con tutto ciò che il tuo cuore desidera. Ci hanno dato una valle e un giro in montagna dall'hotel. Siamo arrivati ​​a 5 m dallo stambecco. Il tramonto è semplicemente spettacolare dal punto più alto. Il soggiorno sul Pilatus è anche un'esperienza indimenticabile grazie al ”clima imperiale” e alle tante foto.

In viaggio di lavoro con un collega abbiamo scelto questo Hotel per un soggiorno di 2 giorni. E' stata la scelta più giusta che potessimo fare. Albergo in bellissima posizione sul lago dei Quattro Cantoni, a pochi chilometri da Lucerna. Hotel silenzioso, pulito, curato all'interno e all'esterno. Personale gentile e professionale, da quello della reception a quello della sala colazioni. Molto utile la fermata del bus proprio accanto all'albergo, che collega velocemente e gratuitamente col centro di Lucerna. Da consigliare assolutamente.

I have dreamt at staying at villa honegg for many years. It is not an inexpensive hotel so I really had to save up to get an opportunity to come here. Finally, I had the chance to come with 2 friends and was so excited. What I will say is that I have mixed reviews. Pros Beautiful location with spectacular views. It really is a pinch me moment overlooking the lake and the mountains, even on a cloudy day They were kind enough to let us check in an hour early and check out an hour late… more on this later. The included breakfast was really lovely. A lot of variety and you can fill yourself up. Plus it is available until 2pm They had a cinema that was so lovely to watch Netflix in. We had a great time watching a couple episodes of The Witcher Service was very good— we felt well taken care of and staff was very attentive. It wasn’t until check out that we hit a little bump Cons My biggest complaint is that they are not clear about the usage times of the spa. We were allowed in at 2pm on check in day but did not stipulate that we were not allowed back once we checked out. Nowhere on the website, not mentioned upon checkin, not mentioned on the tour of the facilities, not mentioned when asking for a late checkout. In fact, on the tour of the facilities, we were told breakfast was available for hotel guest until 2pm, so we assumed spa use would be the same. When we were checking out, we were planning to go for an hour before heading back in town, we were declined and everyone was shocked that we were shocked. We have all stayed at small boutique hotels before and we have never been declined use of the facilities once checked out. Marcel in management tried to explain but said we shouldn’t have made this assumption, which put a sour taste in our mouth. For the price, we were pretty underwhelmed with the room. It felt a little dated (wasn’t expecting modern but it just felt a little worn). Certainly for the price, I was expecting a bit more space and a bit fancier of a room. But it was still decent. The balcony, on the other hand, had a spectacular view and really lovely furniture. If ordering a taxi, best to arrange yourself. We ubered from Lucerne for about 60 CHF. We had the hotel call us a taxi and we were charged 125 CHF to go back to the exact same destination. Finally, there was an uncontrollable amount of flies everywhere in the hotel. It’s hot, it’s summer, I totally get it. But it was getting to the point that it was uncomfortable. I had almost 5 flies on me at one time at one point. My friends I was with also felt it was very strange for a 5 star hotel to not be proactive in getting rid of the fl

Hotel molto bello lungo la strada da Vierwaldstatter see(Lake Lucerne) Pros: Grandi staff facilmente controllare in vista dal lago di fronte camere, parcheggio facile. Ok valore per la zona,comfortabile letto. Cons: La costruzione era in corso al momento del nostro soggiorno. Le camere non avevano A/C, non un interruttore, ma la stanza era sigillata in modo stretto e il primo fulmine di calore quando apriamo la porta era inaspettato. Ma hanno un grande fan, purtroppo, il cordone non permetterebbe che il fan sia posizionato nella porta della terrazza per aiutare a raffreddare la stanza.La selezione del buffet per colazione era abbondante, ma i cibi cucinati erano solo in ordine al meglio.

Siamo rimasti una notte nell'allegato dell'Hotel Luzernhof. È stupido mettere la mia gioielli in una posizione nella stanza che ci sembrava un buon posto di nascosto - è stato così bello dimenticarlo quando ci siamo lasciati presto la mattina prossima. La mia piccola borsa di gioielli era nelle mani sicure del personale dell'hotel che la portava via e la ritirò dalla nostra stanza. Il bellissimo personale l'ha poi inviato ad un altro familiare in Germania, e sono molto grato per la sua gentilezza e la sua attenzione alla nostra situazione stressante (auto-inflitte). La loro onestà e rapidità d'azione mi hanno portato molto conforto, poiché gli oggetti avevano un grande valore sentimentale e irrempianibile. Grazie a tutti. La stanza dell'allegato era pulita, comoda, spaziosa, idealmente situata e un grande prezzo. Ci sono state molte opzioni alimentari in prossimità. Anche se aveva un bagno condiviso, era molto pulito e forniva tutto quello che ci serviva. Grazie sincere all'Hotel Luzernhof.
