Inside the studio is comfortably furnished, spacious and air-conditioned (air conditioning is included in the rental price). There is a compact kitchenette, a bedroom area with 2 single beds (that can be converted into a double bed on request), a modern shower room. A lovely balcony, equipped with table and chairs and offering relaxing views over the olive groves, is available for the guests to enjoy. The interiors have been design to offer the maximum comfort and flexibility. Satellite TV, hairdryer, linen/towels and wi-fi internet are included. Outside, guests can enjoy the use of a large swimming pool, attracting sun all day and offering sensational views to the sea. It is a truly perfect suntrap! Set within well kept gardens, the pool also has a shallow area dedicated for children. Sunbeds, umbrellas are available free of charge. Next to the pool there is also a useful, large kiosk with 2 bathrooms, large (common) fully equipped kitchen, barbecue, several tables and chairs: it is perfect for those guests wanting to dine together under the stars! Parking is available within the grounds. NOTES: for the convenience of our guests, the price quoted includes wi-fi internet as well as maid service with change of linen and towels.
