"This hotel is the best hotel in Bagan Serai, Perak even this area doesn't have many hotels. Room facility is not too bad. Very comfortable. Well air-conditioning. However, water is not hot at shower room, they don't provide instant black coffee but they provided white coffe and milk tea (Teh tarik) each, there is only one plug on table working for charging and using kettle."

"Booked the junior suite, but it was just a spacious room. There is no point in paying extra. Family room would be just about the same. No amenities. Not even a kettle or hair dryer. Water dispenser provided at room level. Quite clean, though bed sheets had stains and tears. For a 3-night stay, housekeeping was done just once. Very basic. Need to pay for extra pillows."

"Mi è piaciuto il mio soggiorno in questo hotel. È vicino a molti posti e è conveniente per me viaggiare da un posto all'altro. Ci sono posti di parcheggio liberi per gli ospiti. Chi usa il trasporto EV, l'hotel ha la sezione di carico. Inoltre, il lobby sembra moderno e si può anche ottenere caffè libero. Amo la loro mocha! Ho bevuto per qualche volta 😂 Hanno anche un distributore d'acqua accanto alla macchina del caffè, quindi puoi solo riempire le tue bottiglie. Se volete comprare qualcosa, il supermercato è accanto all'hotel. Ci sono trolle e ascensore forniti. Il ferro è fornito all'isolato. Se non mi sbaglio ci sono 4 ferro su un livello, dovrebbe essere sufficiente per tutti. La stanza è spaziale. Le matite e le mutandine sono super comode. Sono fornite anche frigo e scatola di sicurezza. La pressione dell'acqua è grande. Penso che installino condotto d'aria 2HP nella stanza e tu saresti più che bravo con questo. Le due cose che mancano sono la connessione a Internet e i canali televisivi, che potrebbero essere meno stabili, ma non si può fare nulla perché il fornitore di Internet ha problemi con questo settore. In generale, ho goduto il mio soggiorno così tanto che ho pianificato di tornare presto. Grazie al personale per l'ospitalità. Sono amichevoli e molto utili."

"L'hotel è pulito anche se sembra vecchio. La stanza è grande e comoda. C'è anche un ascensore adatto per portare la famiglia. Il personale non è troppo amichevole. L'estomaco è ok, troppo molti"

"I stayed 3 nights here for outstation. The check in was seamless with RM100 cash deposit. The room was spacious and clean with small fridge. Iron station at every level. The location was superb with Family Mart, KK Mart, KFC, Al-Ikhsan at the ground floor. Plus, the location is very close to almost everything! I can enjoy my course during the day and straight away going to the gym afterwards without travelling far. Lots of eateries nearby also. The hotel also provided decent breakfast, not too lavish but enough. Parking spaces is not an issue at all. It has swimming pool at the rooftop but I didn't make time for it but it was nice. Would definitely book again in the future."
